摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for improving solid-liquid separation performance of sludge by in-situ crystallization of water. The method comprises the following steps: adding sludge into a pressure vessel, intermittently introducing high-pressure carbon dioxide at a low-temperature condition to generate a carbon dioxide hydrate until a partial pressure of the carbon dioxide is stable, releasing the pressure, and stirring the sludge until no gas escapes, thus obtaining the treated sludge. Compared with the prior art, the method and system provided by the present disclosure are simple and easy to implement, has no consumption of sludge dewatering conditioning agents, and can achieve the recycling of carbon dioxide. The secondary environmental pollution risk caused by the sludge dewatering conditioning agent is reduced, the shortcomings of high dosage of chemicals, large sludge enlargement ratio, low sludge dewatering efficiency and the like in the traditional sludge dewatering process can be overcome.

摘要: A process for enhanced anaerobic digestion of sludge by alcoholization of food waste, comprising steps of: (1) ethanol prefermentation of food waste—feeding the food waste having been crushed into a uniform grain size into an ethanol production reactor, where the food waste is subjected to rapid and efficient anaerobic fermentation activated by addition of yeast and pH adjustment to produce ethanol and obtain a fermentation broth and a fermentation residue; (2) sludge pretreatment—pretreating the sludge after mixing with the fermentation residue; and (3) methanogenesis of anaerobic digestion—subjecting products resulting from the sludge pretreatment to be mixed with the fermentation broth and then to methanogenesis of anaerobic digestion in a methane production reactor. With this process, the sludge and the food waste can be treated efficiently via multi-phase reactions, and the resource recovery and biogas quality can be enhanced.

摘要: Provided is a method for evaluating a bioavailability of organic solid waste by an anaerobic conversion based on fractal dimension, relating to anaerobic digestion of organic solid waste. Organic solid waste is broken up and dried, and the organic solid waste is analyzed using a laser particle size analyzer, so as to measure a wave vector Q and a scattering intensity I. The wave vector Q and the scattering intensity I are analyzed using a data processing software, and a two-dimensional fractal dimension Df is obtained based on a fractal theory. A volatile fatty acid maximum VFAmax and a biochemical methane potential BMP of the organic solid waste are predicted according to the two-dimensional fractal dimension Df, so as to evaluate a bioavailability of organic solid waste by an anaerobic conversion.

摘要: A thermal pretreatment method for organic solid waste based on forced hot air convection is performed as follows. Experimental materials are grouped into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group is subjected to thermal pretreatment in a thermal pretreatment device, and then removed. The experimental group and the control group are subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis and physicochemical characterization, and the analysis results are compared. A thermal pretreatment device for organic solid waste based on forced hot air convection is also provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to microbial carriers for wastewater treatment, and in particular, relates to an organic composite powder carrier and its application for strengthening biological denitrification in municipal wastewater treatment. The organic composite powder carrier is compounded by a microbial carrier with a relatively large equivalent particle size and an organic alternative carbon source in the form of ultrafine powder. The composite powder carrier in the present invention includes a dedicated organic alternative carbon source, such as polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA). The organic alternative carbon source can exclude the competitive relationship between microorganisms to ensure that denitrifying bacteria exclusively obtain electron donors required for denitrification. The composite powder carrier strengthens biological denitrification in municipal wastewater treatment, significantly improves denitrification efficiency, realizes deep biological purification of wastewater and ensures that the subject effluent complies with the strictest domestic discharge standards.

摘要: A recovery system of composite powder carrier in HPB municipal wastewater treatment includes a biochemical tank and a concentration tank. The composite powder carrier is added to the biochemical tank for biochemically treating on the wastewater. The mixed liquid is then made to flow into the concentration tank. The supernatant obtained after filtration is then discharged. The concentrated sludge is returned to the biochemical tank, and the excess concentrated sludge is transported to a separator. The separator separates the substances with large specific gravity from those having smaller specific gravity, and the substances with large specific gravity are recycled to the biochemical tank for reuse. Matter having smaller specific gravity is discharged. The separator can be used to separate the composite powder carriers for recycling, which improves the utilization rate of the composite powder carriers and reduces the operation cost of the HPB technology for wastewater treatment.

摘要: A method for enhancing biochemical water treatment by a powder carrier includes: (i) screening the powder carrier by removing impurities to obtain a screened powder carrier; (ii) dissolving the screened powder carrier by stirring to prepare a slurry, enabling the screened powder carrier to completely absorb moisture to obtain a soaked powder carrier slurry; (iii) adjusting the pH value and adding the soaked powder carrier slurry into a bioreactor or a biological reaction structure; (iv) distributing the soaked powder carrier slurry uniformly through a hydraulic agitation; (v) loading a microorganism on the inner pore and wrapping on the surface of the soaked powder carrier slurry to obtain powder-loaded biological floccules; (vi) settling the powder-loaded biological floccules in a sedimentation zone and separating the powder carrier from the microorganism for reuse.
