A first side surface may include a first protrusion provided by the first intermediate portion protruding with respect to the first portion and the second portion. The first segment conductor and the second segment conductor may be held between the first protrusion and a second side surface such that the first, segment conductor and the second segment conductor are connected with each other.

摘要： A rotor includes a rotor core and a rotor shaft. The rotor shaft includes an insertion portion, an external thread portion, a key groove and a nut. The insertion portion is inserted into a cylindrical hole of the rotor core. The external thread portion extends from the insertion portion to an outer side in an axial direction of the rotor shaft. The external thread portion has a plurality of thread ridges formed on an outer peripheral surface. The key groove is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft so as to extend in the axial direction from the external thread portion through the insertion portion. The nut is screwed onto the external thread portion, and has a crimped portion formed so as to enter the key groove.

摘要： A rotary electric machine includes a rotor and a rotor shaft. The rotor has a cooling flow passage and the rotor shaft is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the rotor. The rotor shaft has a hollow part to which the liquid coolant is supplied, a coolant flow inlet that provides communication between the hollow part and the cooling flow passage, and a coolant supply shaft extending through the hollow part. The coolant supply shaft has a coolant discharge port that discharges the liquid coolant to the hollow part. A position in a rotor axial direction of the coolant flow inlet deviates from a position in the rotor axial direction of the coolant discharge port.
