摘要: A liquid hydrogen vaporizer for performing heat exchange between liquid hydrogen and helium gas and vaporizing liquid hydrogen, comprising: a lower first column tube which is a fin tube composed of a tube through which liquid hydrogen flows and a fin assembly attached to an outer periphery of the tube; and a lower casing through which helium gas flows outside the lower first column tube, wherein the fin assembly is composed of a sleeve covered on an outer surface of the tube and a plurality of fins attached to an outer peripheral surface of the sleeve, and the sleeve is slidable in a longitudinal direction of the tube.

摘要: An in-vehicle liquid hydrogen tank includes: an inner tank that stores liquid hydrogen; an outer tank that accommodates the inner tank; and a heat-insulation material that is arranged in a heat-insulation clearance as a clearance between the inner tank and the outer tank and holds the inner tank to be separated from an inner surface of the outer tank. The heat-insulation clearance has: a vacuum area that is not filled with the heat-insulation material; and an area that is filled with the heat-insulation material and thus allows the inner tank to be surface-supported by the heat-insulation material.

摘要: A liquid hydrogen storage system includes: a hydrogen tank that stores liquid hydrogen; a first channel that communicates between the hydrogen tank and outside of a vehicle; a reaction section that causes hydrogen gas flowing through the first channel to react with oxygen for conversion into water and discharges water to the outside of the vehicle through the first channel; and a first safety valve that is provided between the hydrogen tank and the reaction section, and is opened at the time when an internal tank pressure as an internal pressure of the hydrogen tank exceeds a first open reference value, so as to discharge the hydrogen gas in the hydrogen tank to the reaction section.

摘要: A liquid hydrogen pump for pumping liquid hydrogen stored in a hydrogen tank by pressurizing the liquid hydrogen is provided with a cylinder at least partially disposed in the hydrogen tank, a piston reciprocating inside the cylinder, the inside of the cylinder being pressurized by the piston, and a piston separating the inside of the cylinder from a pump chamber pressurized by the piston and an opposing chamber located on the opposite side of the pump chamber with the piston interposed therebetween, and a portion corresponding to the opposing chamber of the peripheral wall of the cylinder is formed with a recirculation opening for returning the liquid hydrogen flowing into the opposing chamber into the hydrogen tank.
