    摘要: An ink jet recording head is made by laminating on a substrate a cured photosensitive resin film for forming ink pathways on the substrate and a cover of said pathways are provided. In the head, the thicknesses of the wall defining the ink pathways, the grooves and the spaces are not more than 15 times the thickness of the cured photosensitive resin film. Such ratio of the wall thickness to the film thickness and the existence of grooves and spaces serve to prevent the peeling-off at the lamination interfaces. -

The method includes a step of preparing a substrate provided with the heat generating element, a step of forming a grooved partition wall having the movable member and side walls of the second path portion, and a step of joining the grooved partition wall to the substrate to form the second path portion.

    摘要: A liquid ejecting head ejects liquid by generating a bubble. The head includes a first liquid flow path for direct fluid communication between a first common liquid chamber and an ejection outlet, a second liquid flow path having a heat generating element for applying heat to the liquid to generate a bubble in the liquid, and a supply path for supplying the liquid to above the heat generating element from an upstream side of the heat generating element in a direction along the heat generating element. A movable member is disposed between the first and second flow paths, faces the heat generating element, and is displaced to a side of the first liquid flow path because of pressure generated when the heat generating element is driven, and has a fulcrum and a free end located downstream of the fulcrum. A guide path is provided in which the liquid flows above the heat generating element in the second liquid flow path.

    摘要: A liquid ejecting head capable of ejecting liquids in different conditions includes an ejection outlet for ejecting a liquid; a liquid flow path for supplying the liquid to the ejection outlet, the liquid flow path having bubble generation heat elements used to eject the liquid and capable of selectively generating bubbles having different sizes; and a movable mechanism having at least one movable member arranged to face a bubble generation region formed in the liquid flow path by the bubble generation heat elements. The movable member has a free end on a downstream side with respect to a direction of the ejection outlet and a supporting member on an upstream side. The movable member is displaced in a direction to separate from the bubble generation region in accordance with a bubble generated by the bubble generation heat elements.
