摘要: The present invention is directed to a light sensitivity calibration method and an imaging device. An exposure step is performed to obtain a light sensitivity according to a predetermined time. A time adjustment step is performed to adjust the predetermined time according to the light sensitivity, thereby obtaining an adjusted time. The predetermined time is replaced with the adjusted time and the exposure and time adjustment steps are repeatedly performed, until the adjusted time converges within a predetermined range.

A capture-mode image capturing step is performed to obtain a first image and a second image according to a first exposure time and a second exposure time respectively based on a first light sensitivity and a predetermined time. The first image and the second image are operated on to result in a difference image. The first light sensitivity is replaced with a second light sensitivity, which is then recorded.

摘要: A battery charging method is provided for extending life of batteries. The method includes providing an appropriate charge-off voltage with respect to variation in both of a remaining capacity and an idle time of the battery. Further, the charge-off voltage may vary according to the remaining capacity and the idle time of the battery, so as to increase charging efficiency of the battery. Additionally, the present invention also provides adjusting a charge-off current to a value according to the variation in an actual capacity of the battery.

摘要: A method of forming an organic film is provided and includes followings. An apparatus is provided and includes a gas storage chamber, an evaporator, a pressure gauge, a pyrolysis chamber connected with the gas storage chamber, and a deposition chamber. The evaporator connects with the pyrolysis chamber through the gas storage. An organic material in the evaporator is evaporated to form organic gas, wherein the organic gas is passed into the gas storage chamber. When pressure of the organic gas in the gas storage chamber, measured by the pressure gauge, reaches a predetermined value, a valve between the evaporator and the gas storage chamber is turned off and another valve is turned on for passing the organic gas into the pyrolysis chamber. The organic gas is pyrolyzed in the pyrolysis chamber to form a monomer. The monomer is delivered to the deposition chamber for deposition to form an organic film.

摘要: In a rechargeable battery set, an average voltage is computed from average voltage drop produced by the sum of internal resistances of each battery cell. A calculated internal resistance of each battery cell is then computed from a measured voltage of each battery cell and the average voltage. Finally, the measured voltage of each battery cell is calibrated according to the calculated internal resistance and a calibrated voltage of each battery cell may be computed. In such way, the calibrated voltage of each battery cell is much closer to a real voltage of the battery cell, which provides a battery control unit more precise information when charging/discharging the battery cells.

摘要: A pivot head wrench includes a handle, a switch, a pusher, a position-retaining device including a resilient member, a pawl, and a driving head. The pivot head wrench is switchable between lock and unlock modes. In the lock mode, the switch is rotated to a first position, and the pusher is abutted against the pawl, and the driving head is adapted to be pivoted at various positions, and the pawl is temporarily disengaged from the driving head when the driving head is pivoted from one position to another and engagement therebetween is resumed by the resilient member thereafter. In the unlock mode, the switch is rotated to a second position, and the switch is abutted against the pawl such that the pawl is restrained from movement and from disengagement from the driving head, and the driving head is restrained and securely held in place at a selected position.

摘要: A wafer level package structure of optical-electronic device and method for making the same are disclosed. The wafer level package structure of optical-electronic device is provided by employing a substrate whose surfaces have several optical sensitive areas and divided into individual package devices. The manufacture steps first involve providing a substrate with several chips whose surfaces have an optical sensitive area and bonding pads, and providing transparent layer whose surfaces have conductive circuits and scribe lines. Then the bonding pads bond to conductive circuits and a protection layer is formed on the chip to expose partly conductive circuits. Forming a conductive film on the protection layer and the conductive film contacts with the extending conductive circuits to form the wafer level package structure of optical-electronic device. At last, the transparent layer is diced according to scribe lines to form the individual package devices.
