A grid-based data clustering method performed by a computer system includes a setup step, a dividing step, a categorizing step and an expanding/clustering step. The setup step sets a grid quantity and a threshold value. The dividing step divides a space containing a data set having a plurality of data points into a two-dimensional matrix. The matrix has a plurality of grids G(i,j) comprising a plurality of target sequences and a plurality of non-target sequences interlaced with the plurality of target sequences. The indices “i” and “j” of each grid G(i,j) represents the coordinate thereof. The categorizing step determines whether each of the grids is valid based on the threshold value. The expanding/clustering step respectively retrieves each of the grids of the target sequences, performs an expansion operation on each of the grids retrieved and clusters the plurality grids G(i,j).

The fabrication method includes: providing a first substrate having at least one electronic device thereon; providing a second substrate and forming a gas barrier over the second substrate; disposing the second substrate over the first substrate, wherein the gas barrier faces the electronic device; providing an electromagnetic wave light source over the second substrate; and irradiating the second substrate by the electromagnetic wave light source to transfer the gas barrier to the electronic device and cover the electronic device.

In a preferred embodiment, the linearly regulated power supply includes: a voltage divider module for receiving a backup voltage and then providing a voltage reference; a controlling module for receiving the voltage reference and then providing a controlling voltage; and a regulating module receiving the controlling voltage and then regulating a core voltage down to a load voltage, the regulating module providing the load voltage to a load. The linearly regulated power supply is capable of reducing the power of the transistor, and has a higher efficiency.

The spacers are connected to the signal transmission wiring. The electronic circuit receives and processes a sensing signal corresponding to the capacitance of the fluid. The package layer covers a portion of the carrier but does not cover the test region. The open platform is formed whereby a user can easily put in the fluid. The open platform has a bottom which includes the test region, and an area of the open platform is defined by the spacers and the package layer.

Different algorithms are used in H.264/AVC intra coding to form three coding levels. Algorithms used in two of the three coding levels reduce calculation complexities and power consumptions. The basic level is an exception, which fully keeps an original picture quality. Thus, various needs can be met by coding in the various levels with the various algorithms.
