    摘要: A reactor including an assembly of a coil, a magnetic core on which the coil is disposed, and a case that houses the assembly. The case includes an installation face, a side wall that is removably attached to the installation face and surrounds the periphery of the assembly, and a heat dissipation layer formed on the inner face of the installation face and interposed between the installation face and the installation-side face of the coil. The installation face consists of aluminum, the side wall consists of an insulating resin, and the heat dissipation layer consists of an adhesive with high thermal conductivity and excellent insulation. The installation face is separate from the side wall, making it easy to form the heat dissipation layer, and having excellent heat dissipation. The side wall consists of an insulating resin, thus reducing the gap between it and the coil.

    摘要: An electric power distribution unit is formed independently of a bus bar board by integrating a plurality of switching devices. The electric power distribution unit includes a heat radiation plate and a plurality of unit-forming bus bars. The switching devices are mounted on the bus bars. Input and output terminals are formed by bending appropriate unit-forming bus bars toward the heat radiation plate, and are connected to connection terminals of the bus bar board. A circuit is formed in which electric power inputted to the input terminal is supplied through the switching devices to the output terminals.

    摘要: A terminal is mounted on an electric wiring board that has both a wire circuit formed by a wire and a printed circuit formed by a printed conductor. The terminal includes a connecting portion capable of electrically connecting an internal circuit of the electric wiring board to an external circuit, a lead portion capable of being electrically connected to the printed circuit of the electric wiring board, and a press-fitting portion capable of being electrically connected to the wire circuit. The electric wiring board may be mounted in an electric junction box. A load supporting member may be provided which transfer a load acting on the terminal from a connector of the external circuit to the housing. The load supporting member may include an engaging portion provided at an end surface of a wiring circuit board, and a retaining portion provided on a side wall of the housing.

    摘要: A continuous strand of wire is laid in a wire groove or between pairs of guides on a substrate and is cut at desired locations to form individual circuits. At least one recess below the level of the wire laying plane is positioned to correspond to a scrap wire portion to be cut off. The recess is wide enough to allow insertion of cutters. The cutters include pairs of first and second cutting blades located at opposite sides of the wire which are moved toward the wire so that both ends of the scrap wire portion are cut by the first cutting blades and by the second cutting blades, respectively.

    摘要: To provide a wiring circuit for an electrical connection box, a method and a device for cutting a wire for circuits is provided. The method and device are inexpensive and capable of securely cutting the wire and separating the circuits in one operation step. A wiring circuit for an electrical connection box comprises wire portions and connecting terminals connected with the wire portions. The wire portions are made by cutting a wire such that at least one of the two cut ends of the wire is bent with respect to the extension direction of the wire simultaneously with the cutting of the wire.

    摘要: A reactor 1 of the present invention includes: a combined product 10 provided with a coil 2 and a magnetic core 3 where the coil 2 is disposed; and a case 4 storing the combined product 10. The case 4 includes: a bottom plate portion 40 fixed to a fixation target when the reactor 1 is installed in the fixation target; a side wall portion 41 attached to the bottom plate portion 40 to surround the combined product 10; and a heat dissipation layer 42 formed on the inner face of the bottom plate portion 40 to be interposed between the bottom plate portion 40 and the coil 2. The bottom plate portion 40 is made of aluminum, and the side wall portion 41 is made of an insulating resin. The heat dissipation layer 42 is made of an adhesive agent whose thermal conductivity is high and which exhibits an excellent insulating characteristic. Since the bottom plate portion 40 is structured as a separate member from the side wall portion 41, the heat dissipation layer 42 can easily be formed and, moreover, the heat dissipation layer 42 can be made of a material possessing an excellent heat dissipating characteristic. Since the insulator 5 evenly presses the coil 2 against the heat dissipation layer 42, an even more excellent heat dissipating characteristic is achieved.
