摘要: A floor panel structure of a vehicle body where a vehicle floor has floor panels with their peripheral edges linked to a plurality of frame members that are disposed in a vehicle body lengthwise direction and a vehicle body crosswise direction and linked to an engine or a suspension is disclosed. The floor panel has a joint where at least part of its peripheral edge is joined to the frame member, a groove formed along the entire length of the joint and a high-rigidity area formed within the low-rigidity area. The low-rigidity area forms a vibration blocking area along the entire length of the joint by using a difference in rigidity from the high-rigidity area.

摘要: Disclosed is a floor panel structure for an automobile body, which comprises a floor panel (2, 4, 6, 12) joined to a plurality of frame members (22, 24, 27 to 32, etc.) extending in longitudinal and lateral directions of the automobile body so as to make up an automobile floor. At least a part of the floor panel has a panel zone (S1, S2, S4, S5, S6, S8) surrounded by the frame members. The panel zone includes a high-rigid portion (84) formed by deforming a central region thereof to protrude upward or downward, and a low-rigid portion (86) formed around the high-rigid portion. The high-rigid portion is formed with a concavoconvex element, such as a bead (90). The floor panel structure of the present invention can effectively reduce vibrational energy of a floor panel so as to reduce acoustic radiation from the floor panel.

The present invention is a car body floor panel structure wherein the floor of an automobile has a floor panel connected to car body frame members, and also a predetermined mode of vibration is generated to suppress the generation of acoustic emission from the floor panel. The floor panel vibration mode adjusting structure has rectangular rigidity adjusting areas that are formed by causing the floor panel to protrude upward or downward in order to generate 2×1 mode or 2×2 mode vibration in the floor panel in a frequency band that nearly matches the tire cavity resonance frequency.
