摘要: An antenna coil includes an air-core coil wound helically in a plane and a plate magnetic core member inserted in the air-core coil to be approximately parallel with a plane of the air-core coil. The magnetic core member is formed by a soft magnetic metal, an amorphous or ferrite, or a composite member of a powder, flake and plastic, or rubber. The magnetic core member is formed by performing an injection molding operation or a compressing molding operation of the composite member. Alternatively, the magnetic core member is a magnetic coating formed by applying and drying the composite member. A non-magnetic conductive plate that has a conductivity is layered on a surface of the air-core coil through which the magnetic core member is inserted. The conductive plate is made of a copper, a copper alloy, an aluminum or an aluminum alloy having 0.01 to 2 mm thickness. The antenna coil is operated by relatively high frequency while it is rigid relatively.

摘要: An antenna for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) configured to be electrically connected to an IC (Integrated Circuit) chip or capacitor and configured to be affixed to an article. The antenna includes: a planar conductive member having a first side configured to be mounted on the article; and a coil body configured with coil turns and mounted on or at a second side which is opposite to the first side of the conductive member. The number of the coil turns and diameter of the coil body are adjusted such that a characteristic of said coil body has a predetermined value. The conductive member shields the coil body from the article.

摘要: A body detecting element is buried in the ground together with a body such as a metal body and includes a magnetic member acting as a magnetic core, an antenna coil wound around the magnetic member and a capacitor connected to both the ends of the antenna coil for forming a resonance circuit together with the antenna coil. The antenna coil is mounted on the body integrally therewith through an electromagnetic shield member with the outer peripheral surface thereof confronting the outer surface of the body. A body detecting element includes an RFID circuit connected to the antenna coil and mounted on a body integrally therewith such that the outer peripheral surface of the antenna coil confronts the outer surface of the body through an electromagnetic shield member. Even if the body detecting element is mounted on the body such as the metal pipe integrally therewith, it can accurately detect the body because a resonant frequency and the Q value of the coil are not changed. There is almost no possibility that detecting element is broken or moved even if a body other than the above body is dug.

摘要: A burglar detection apparatus has a tag 11 that includes a resonance circuit. The tag is preferably contained with an object 15 whose theft is desired to be detected. The tagged object may be placed in a drawer 14 which is contained in a box 13. A tag detection sensor 16 is installed in the box and detects whether the tag 11 is present in the drawer 14. Also, a drawer sensor 17 detects whether the drawer is opened. Based on respective detection outputs of the tag detection sensor 16 and the drawer sensor 17, a control circuit 19 controls an alarm 18. Advantageously, the apparatus can be installed in a comparatively small space, does not malfunction even if subjected to large amounts of electrical noise, and reliably detects the presence or absence of a tag even if the tag is located near a metal object.

摘要: A composition for forming a metal oxide thin film pattern which is a solution containing one or more hydrolytic metal compounds selected from the group consisting of hydrolytic organometallic compounds (e.g., metal alkoxide) and metal halides, and a water generating agent which frees water under the effect of irradiation with active rays (e.g., o-nitrobenzyl alcohol and 2-nitroethanol) and, as required, an acid generating agent which frees acid under the effect of irradiation with active rays is disclosed. A thin film pattern is formed by coating the composition onto a substrate, irradiating active rays for forming an image on the resultant photosensitive coating film, developing the same with water or an alcoholic solvent to remove the non-exposed portion, and heat-treating the substrate to convert the remaining film into a metal oxide, thereby forming a negative-type metal oxide thin film pattern.

摘要: A pattern of a non-volatile high-performance ferroelectric thin film memory is formed by applying a composition containing hydrolytic metal compounds, and a photosensitizer which generates water when irradiated with active rays onto a substrate. The resultant film is exposed to active rays in compliance with a prescribed pattern to form an image and developed with a solvent to remove non-exposed portions, and then the remaining exposed portions are subjected to a heat treatment to convert the exposed portions into a dielectric substance comprising a metal oxide as expressed by the following formula (I):(Bi.sub.2 O.sub.2).sup.2+ (A.sub.m-1 B.sub.m O.sub.3m+1).sup.2-(I)where A is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ba, Sr, Pb and Bi; B is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ti, Nb and Ta; and m is an integer of from 2 to 5.

摘要: A composition for formation of thin-film patterns of a metal oxide which comprises a metal alkoxide and one or more nitro compounds selected from the group consisting of nitrobenzyl alcohol derivatives, nitrobenzaldehyde derivatives, nitrostyrol derivatives, nitroacetophenone derivatives, nitroanisole derivatives and nitrofuran derivatives. This composition is applied to a substrate which is then irradiated with light to perform patterning by utilizing the difference in solubility between the light-irradiated portion and the non-light-irradiated portion, attributed to the photodecomposition reaction of the irradiated portion. A photoreactive compound is added to a starting solution which contains an organic solvent and an organic metal compound, the solution is misted, and the resulting mist is deposited on a substrate while irradiating with light.
