    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device having an LDD structure, source gases for generating plural types of impurity ions exhibiting different molecular weights and different projected ranges in a target during impurity implantation are supplied to a plasma space, ionized, accelerated with a voltage, and implanted in a semiconductor region on the target substrate. In the case of manufacturing a top-gate transistor, a gate electrode on the semiconductor region has a sufficient thickness to serve as a mask. In the case of manufacturing a bottom-gate transistor, a mask and a resistor are used. An implantation angle is set to an optimum value as desired. Thereafter, the impurity is activated as desired. Thus, the semiconductor device having the LDD structure is manufactured by a single step of impurity implantation.

    摘要: In assembling at least one metal frame in abutting supporting relation to a diaphragm to form a diaphragm assembly for an electro-acoustic transducer, for example, as in a microphone or headphone, the diaphragm, which may be an electret, is formed at least in part of a thermoplastic resin so as to provide the latter at each surface of the diaphragm which, in the abutting supporting relation, is engaged by a surface of a metal frame, and the frame or frames and the diaphragm are pressed together in the desired abutting supporting relation while each metal frame is heated so that heat is transmitted through the latter to melt the thermoplastic resin at the engaged surfaces of the diaphragm and frame or frames, whereupon the heating of the frame or frames is halted so that the thermoplastic resin hardens to bond together the diaphragm and frame or frames in the desired abutting supporting relation.

In the formation of the band ply, the bend forming member is heated to a temperature of above 100 deg. C. while being wound spirally with the bend forming member being extended by at not less than 0.5%.

C. prepared by copolymerization of styrene, butadiene and a polyvinyl aromatic compound followed by coupling with a trifunctional or tetrafunctional coupling agent, and (B) 0 to 80% by weight of at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of an emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, a butadiene rubber, natural rubber and a synthetic polyisoprene rubber; and (C) 50 to 250 parts by weight of a carbon black having an iodine adsorption number of not less than 60 mg/g and an oil absorption of not less than 110 ml/100 g per 100 parts by weight of said rubber component; the tan .delta. peak temperature Tg of the cured product of said rubber composition being from -40.degree. to +5.degree. C. The tread rubber composition can be processed without causing bagging with a good dispersibility of carbon black and provides tires having a low rolling resistance and a high grip characteristic.
