    摘要： A semiconductor device having multiple memory circuits of varying sizes includes scan test circuitry that enables the memories to be simultaneous loaded with pattern data and tested. A first memory circuit has a first memory, a first address scan chain that receives serial scan-in address data and generates a first address signal, and a first data scan chain that receives serial scan-in data and generates a first data input signal. A second memory circuit has a second memory, a second address scan chain that receives the serial scan-in address data and generates a second address signal, and a second data scan chain that receives the serial scan-in data and generates a second data input signal.

    摘要： A canned motor includes a rotor having a rotor core and a rotor can covering an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core, and a stator fixedly disposed around the rotor with a radial gap defined therebetween and having a stator core and a stator can covering an inner circumferential surface of the stator core. The rotor core has at least one groove defined in an outer circumferential surface thereof and extending longitudinally thereof. The rotor can has a portion pressed into the groove and held in intimate contact fully with the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core.

    摘要： A canned motor has a rotor having a rotor core and a rotor can covering an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core, and a stator disposed around the rotor with a gap left therebetween for rotating the rotor, the stator having a stator core and a stator can covering an inner circumferential surface of the stator core. The stator core has a plurality of slots defined therein at circumferentially spaced regular intervals and having respective open ends opening at the inner circumferential surface of the stator core, and a plurality of windings disposed in the slots, respectively. The slots include respective winding chambers with the windings housed therein, respective constricted throats disposed radially inwardly of the winding chambers, and respective stiffener chambers spaced radially inwardly from the constricted throats. A plurality of stiffeners are housed in the stiffener chambers, respectively.
