摘要:
A heat exchanger to be used as a heater core includes a pair of header tanks spaced apart from each other, a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes which are disposed between the two header tanks at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the header tanks with their width direction coinciding with an air flow direction and whose opposite end portions are connected to the header tanks, and a plurality of corrugate fins each disposed between the adjacent heat exchange tubes. Each heat exchange tube has an inner height Ht of 0.7 mm to 1.2 mm and a width of 24 mm to 30 mm as measured in the air flow direction. Each corrugate fin has a fin height Hf of 5.5 mm to 8.5 mm. This heat exchanger exhibits excellent heat radiation performance and low resistance to air flow and water flow.

Each heat exchange tube has an inner height Ht of 1.2 mm to 1.7 mm and a width of 18 mm to 24 mm as measured in the air flow direction. Each corrugate fin has a fin height Hf of 4.0 mm to 7.5 mm. This heat exchanger exhibits excellent heat radiation performance and low resistance to air flow and water flow.

A heat exchanger includes a pair of header tanks, a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes which are disposed between the two header tanks and whose opposite end portions are connected to the corresponding header tanks, and a plurality of corrugate fins each including wave crest portions, wave trough portions, and connection portions connecting together the corresponding wave crest portions and wave trough portions, and each disposed between the adjacent heat exchange tubes. Each connection portion has a plurality of louvers which extend in a width direction of the connection portion and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the connection portion. The louver pitch is 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. The inclination angle of the louvers in relation to the connection portion is 20° to 30°. When this heat exchanger is used as a heater core, excellent heat radiation performance can be attained, and an increase in resistance to air flow can be prevented.

Provided is a water purifying apparatus capable of efficiently producing purified water from raw water. The water purifying apparatus comprises: a casing (11) having a circulation path; a splitter device (15) disposed within the casing (11) and adapted to split raw water into droplets and create a carrier airflow (A1) capable of circulating along the circulation path and carrying water vapor evaporated from the droplets (D1); and a condenser (19) disposed within the casing (11) at a position downstream of the splitter device (15) in a direction of the carrier airflow and adapted to condense the water vapor to create purified water. The splitter device (15) comprises a rotary shaft (15a) extending in an up-down direction of the casing (11), and a blade (152A to 152Q) radially attached to the rotary shaft (15a) and having irregularities (152p, 152q, 152r, 152s, 152t).

Object: To provide a hydrogen generation apparatus, a laser reduction apparatus, an energy conversion apparatus, a hydrogen generation method and an electric power generation system.Means for Solving the Problems: A hydrogen generation apparatus 10 according to the present invention includes: a reaction vessel 12 for retaining a metal element; a water reservoir 16 for supplying water into the reaction vessel 12; and a hydrogen recovery tube for recovering hydrogen gas and reaction energy generated by reaction of the metal element with the water. The present invention may further include a hydrogen storage device 26 for storing recovered hydrogen gas. Further, in the present invention, an oxide or a hydroxide of the metal element generated by reducing the hydrogen gas may be subjected to laser reduction to regenerate the metal element. A solar light pumped laser may be used for laser reduction. Further, according to the present invention, there may be provided an energy conversion apparatus for generating an electric current by using charged particles formed due to the laser reduction, and an electric power generation system using the above hydrogen generation system.

Upon setting of a halftone process of an initial setting, there is such a problem that graininess deteriorates due to an aging change or an environmental change. To solve this problem, an image processing apparatus executes a halftone process on a test image for tone correction and prints the processed test image; forms a tone correction table in accordance with read values from the printed test image; obtains graininess from a read value of a low density portion of a tone correction patch of the test image for the tone correction; discriminates whether the obtained graininess exceeds a predetermined reference level; and changes a setting of the halftone process so as to reduce the graininess when it is discriminated that the obtained graininess exceeds the predetermined reference level.
