摘要: A heat exchanger to be used as a heater core includes a pair of header tanks spaced apart from each other, a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes which are disposed between the two header tanks at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the header tanks with their width direction coinciding with an air flow direction and whose opposite end portions are connected to the header tanks, and a plurality of corrugate fins each disposed between the adjacent heat exchange tubes. Each heat exchange tube has an inner height Ht of 0.7 mm to 1.2 mm and a width of 24 mm to 30 mm as measured in the air flow direction. Each corrugate fin has a fin height Hf of 5.5 mm to 8.5 mm. This heat exchanger exhibits excellent heat radiation performance and low resistance to air flow and water flow.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a pair of header tanks, a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes which are disposed between the two header tanks and whose opposite end portions are connected to the corresponding header tanks, and a plurality of corrugate fins each including wave crest portions, wave trough portions, and connection portions connecting together the corresponding wave crest portions and wave trough portions, and each disposed between the adjacent heat exchange tubes. Each connection portion has a plurality of louvers which extend in a width direction of the connection portion and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the connection portion. The louver pitch is 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. The inclination angle of the louvers in relation to the connection portion is 20° to 30°. When this heat exchanger is used as a heater core, excellent heat radiation performance can be attained, and an increase in resistance to air flow can be prevented.

摘要: Upon setting of a halftone process of an initial setting, there is such a problem that graininess deteriorates due to an aging change or an environmental change. To solve this problem, an image processing apparatus executes a halftone process on a test image for tone correction and prints the processed test image; forms a tone correction table in accordance with read values from the printed test image; obtains graininess from a read value of a low density portion of a tone correction patch of the test image for the tone correction; discriminates whether the obtained graininess exceeds a predetermined reference level; and changes a setting of the halftone process so as to reduce the graininess when it is discriminated that the obtained graininess exceeds the predetermined reference level.
