    摘要: The present invention provides a pattern formation method comprising a step of forming on a substrate a film of a first photosensitive material having low sensitivity to a light beam with a main wavelength at h-line emitted from a mask-less drawing exposure apparatus but having high sensitivity to an energy light beam containing ultraviolet light; a step of forming on the first photosensitive material a film of a second photosensitive material having higher sensitivity to a light beam with the main wavelength at h-line; a step of drawing a second pattern on the second photosensitive material with the mask-less direct drawing exposure apparatus; a step of developing the second photosensitive material; and a step of exposing to a light beam the second photosensitive material with the second pattern formed thereon and the first photosensitive material in batch to form a target first pattern on the first photosensitive material.

    摘要: A packaging container includes: first fold sections for folding therealong, each of the first fold sections being provided longitudinally in a substantially central part of the first opposing side plate; second fold sections for folding therealong, each of the second fold sections being provided on the first bottom plate forming flap as an extension of the first fold section; and third fold sections for folding therealong, each of the third fold sections being provided on the first top cover forming flap as an extension of the first fold section. The second opposing side plate is equal to or smaller than the first opposing side plate in width. This makes it possible to fold up the packaging container easily and compactly.

    摘要: Chemicals which make not only a dark-red/light-red change of color but also a near-infrared/red change of luminescence via reversible adsorption/desorption of vapor of acetonitrile or ethanol, and therefore permit the observation of on-off change of visually effective luminescence and thus are useful as highly sensitive sensors. The chemicals are binuclear platinum (II) complexes of the following general formula: [Pt2(L)2(bpy)2]X2 or [Pt2(L)2(bpy)2]Y (wherein L is a bridging ligand selected from among 2-pyridinethiol anion, 2-quinolinethiol anion, 8-quinolinethiol anion and so on; bpy is 2,2-bipyridine; X is a monovalent anion; and Y is a bivalent anion), characterized by taking a syn form wherein the two bridging ligands (L) coordinate to one platinum ion at their respective sulfur atoms and to the other platinum ion at their respective nitrogen atoms.
