    摘要: Obtained are a nonaqueous electrolyte solution suitable for a lithium secondary battery having a high energy density, wherein a decrease in the capacity due to charge/discharge cycles is remarkably small and no gas is generated when charging or storing the battery; and a lithium secondary battery using the same. This nonaqueous electrolyte solution is a solution containing a nonaqueous solvent, the nonaqueous solvent containing a fluorinated solvent including a linear fluorinated carbonate (a1) and a fluorinated ethylene carbonate (a2), and the total amount of the fluorinated solvent in the nonaqueous solvent is in the range of from 50 to 100 weight %.
