    摘要: Provided is a wind power generator that reduces the amount of heat input into a nacelle from the outside of the nacelle due to the solar radiation, and that improves the heat dissipation performance from the inside of the nacelle to the outside air. In a wind power generator in which a driving mechanism and power generation mechanism that are connected with a rotor head, to which wind-turbine blades are attached, are accommodated and installed in a nacelle, an outer wall surface of the nacelle is provided with, on at least a part of the wall surface where no direct sunlight is radiated, a heat-dissipation-resistance reducing portion that uses a member having a higher thermal conductivity than that of a peripheral wall member.

In a wind power generator in which driving/power-generating mechanisms linked to a rotor head to which wind-turbine blades are attached are accommodated and installed inside a nacelle, a coating of high-reflectivity paint is formed on at least part of the outer wall that receives sunlight.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electromagnetic casting method of a silicon ingot in which a polycrystalline silicon ingot is continuously cast by charging silicon raw materials into a bottomless cold copper mold, melting the charged silicon raw materials through electromagnetic induction, pulling down to solidify the molten silicon, in which the length of a part of copper mold positioned below a lower end of an induction coil surrounding the copper mold is set to more than 40 mm and 180 mm or less. According to this method, a copper contamination of a silicon ingot incurred by a copper cold mold can be suppressed to produce a silicon ingot which is suitable as a starting material of the substrate of a solar cell.

    摘要: A photocurrent amplifier circuit which can be realized as a simple and downsized photocurrent amplifier circuit is capable of selectively amplifying, in an amplifier circuit in an output stage, one or more of current signals which are respectively obtainable from light receiving circuits. The photocurrent amplifier circuit includes: light receiving circuits; amplifier devices associated with the light receiving circuits; device selector switches which apply input voltages, which deactivate the amplifier devices, to the associated amplifier devices; and a differential amplifier circuit having an inverting input unit configured of the amplifier devices which are connected in parallel. The inputs of the amplifier devices and the output of the differential amplifier circuit are connected by gain resistors. The differential amplifier circuit amplifies, into voltage signals, current signals flowing from the light receiving circuits which are respectively associated with the gain resistors.

    摘要: It is to provide a brush-equipped motor enabled to be used for a long time without performing operations and without interruption even when the brush wears out. When a rotor is caused to perform a turning operation, cam projections similarly start to perform a turning operation. Then, an abutting part, at which each of the cam projections contacts with a spring piece part of a corresponding one of the first brushes, gradually moves to an end of the first brush. Thus, the spring piece part of each of the first brushes is gradually and elastically deformed in a direction in which brush bodies come away from a commutator. When the turning operation continues still more, an end of each of the second brushes comes off a corresponding one of the cam projections, so that the brush bodies thereof contact with the surface of the commutator.

    摘要: A metallic implant base is coated with two bioactive ceramic layers. An inner bioactive ceramic layer is coated on the implant base. An outer bioactive ceramic layer is coated on the inner bioactive ceramic layer. The inner bioactive layer is vitrified at a ratio of not less than 50 volume percent, thereby improving the bonding of the inner bioactive layer to the metallic implant base and preventing migration of the metal ions from the metallic implant base. The outer bioactive ceramic layer is vitrified to a ratio of substantially less than 50 volume percent, thereby providing a desired porosity.
