    摘要: A scroll compressor has a closed vessel in which a compression mechanism having orbiting and stationary scroll elements in engagement with each other is accommodated. A crankshaft is coupled with the orbiting scroll element and rotatably supported by a crank bearing. The crankshaft is rotated by an electric motor having a stator and a rotor so that the orbiting scroll element may orbit relative to the stationary scroll element. A plurality of balance weights are provided for maintaining static and dynamic balances of rotary elements including the orbiting scroll element, the crankshaft, and the rotor. The static and dynamic balances are calculated using at least a clearance between the crankshaft and the crank bearing.

The vibration, however, is reduced in the connecting direction or in a direction close to the connecting direction. As a result, vibrations of pipes connecting the closed vessel to the accumulator are reduced, and reduction of noise of the overall air conditioning system is attained.

    摘要: An electrically-driven closed scroll compressor has a compression mechanism accommodated in a closed vessel. The compression mechanism includes a bearing member securely mounted in the closed vessel, a stationary scroll having a stationary scroll wrap formed thereon, an orbiting scroll having an orbiting end plate and an orbiting scroll wrap formed on the orbiting end plate so as to engage with the stationary scroll wrap to define a plurality of working pockets therebetween, and an eccentric bearing for allowing the orbiting scroll to undergo an orbiting motion relative to the stationary scroll. A generally ring-shaped sealing member is mounted on the bearing member so as to be held in contact with the orbiting end plate. The sealing member may be mounted on the orbiting end plate. The orbiting end plate has first and second regions defined therein internally and externally of the sealing member, respectively, so that the first and second regions may receive first and second pressures, respectively, both forming a first thrust force. The sealing member has a center positioned so that during the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll, when a second thrust force applied to the orbiting scroll from the working pockets takes a substantially maximum value, a distance between a central point of application of the first thrust force and a central point of application of the second thrust force takes a substantially minimum value.

    摘要: An outlet check valve includes an output valve seat provided at an outlet port or an outlet passage for compressed air in the vicinity of an outlet port of a compression mechanism and an outlet valve body. The valve seat and valve body are biased away from each other by a gravitational force or a spring. With this arrangement, even if a compressor is rotated at a low speed during a start-up operation, it is possible to cause stagnant liquid to undergo reverse flow into an accumulator disposed on the suction side and to store the liquid temporarily, thereby removing the liquid in the compression spaces and the suction passages and facilitating the start-up operation in a normal rotational direction. A pressure difference between the pressures upstream and downstream relative to the valve body is large when the normal rotating operation is stopped. By this pressure difference, the outlet valve body is moved to close the outlet valve seat, thereby to prevent the reverse rotation of the compression mechanism.

    摘要: In a scroll-type compressor, the revolving motion drive shaft 16, formed on the revolving end plate 12 at the side opposite to the revolving swirl blades 11, is fitted in an eccentric bearing eccentrically disposed inside of the main shaft of the crank shaft 6. The crank shaft 6 is connected to the rotor of the electric motor and is supported at the end portion thereof opposite to the main shaft by an upper bearing of a rolling type. Above the upper bearing, a rise preventing plate 24 for preventing the crank shaft 6 from excessively rising upwards is arranged in a fixed manner. The crank shaft 6 is so shaped as to have a stepped portion where the diameter of the shaft portion mounting the rotor 5 becomes stepwise greater than that of the shaft portion fitted in the upper bearing 21. Between the stepped portion and the inner race of the upper bearing 21 is provided an elastic member 26 which can be wave shaped. Between the rise preventing plate 24 and the end portion of the crank shaft 6 opposite to the main shaft of the crank shaft 6 a narrow clearance is maintained. By applying an elastic force of the elastic member 26 on the inner race of the upper bearing in the axial direction, abnormal noises from the bearing caused by axial vibrations and resonances of the shaft system can be prevented.

Program data that was originally stored in one set of latches may be preserved with a combination of two sets of latches. These two sets of latches may also be used to store verify status during programming of that program data. The original program data may be recovered by performing a logical operation on the data in the two sets of latches. For example, upper page data could be initially stored in one set of latches. While the upper page data is being programmed, that set of latches and another set of latches are used to store verify status with respect to the upper page data. If a program error occurs while the upper page data is being preserved, it may be recovered by performing a logical operation on the two sets of latches.
