    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition for vehicle lamp housings, includes: 5 to 80 parts by weight of a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft polymerizing at least one monomer (a-2) selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl-based monomers, vinyl cyanide-based monomers, and (meth)acrylic ester-based monomers and maleimide-based monomers, under the presence of an acrylic ester-based rubbery polymer (a-1) having a weight average particle size of 100 to 400 nm; and 20 to 95 parts by weight of a (co)polymer (B) in which at least one monomer (a-2) selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl-based monomers, vinyl cyanide-based monomers, (meth)acrylic ester-based monomers and maleimide-based monomers is polymerized, in which a content of total volatiles at 260° C. is no more than 0.7% by weight of the composition overall, and a content of oligomer component having a weight average molecular weight of 200 to 1000 is no more than 0.3% by weight of the composition overall.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition for a vehicular lamp housing, which is excellent in balance of physical properties with regard to such as impact resistance and fluidity, and of which hot plate weldability, vibration weldability and laser weldability are improved when a vehicular lamp housing is welded with other members.A thermoplastic resin composition for a vehicular lamp housing, comprising a graft copolymer (A) and a (co)polymer (C) is provided, wherein the graft copolymer (A) is obtained by emulsion graft polymerization of an acrylic acid ester-based rubbery polymer having a weight average particle diameter of 70 to 250 nm with at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a vinyl cyanide-based monomer, a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer and a maleimide-based monomer, wherein the acrylic acid ester-based rubbery polymer is obtained by emulsion polymerization of 60 to 95% by weight of an acrylic acid ester-based monomer in the presence of 5 to 40% by weight of an aromatic vinyl-based polymer having a weight average particle diameter of 10 to 150 nm; the (co)polymer (C) is obtained by polymerization of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a vinyl cyanide-based monomer, a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer and a maleimide-based monomer.

    摘要: An aqueous ink composition is disclosed having high water resistance and excellent age stability and resistance to drying-up. A feature of the present invention resides in a water resistant ink composition comprising an aqueous vehicle which contains a polyamine containing primary amino groups in the proportion of 3-20% of amino groups contained in a molecule, one, two or more stabilizing agent selected from urea, thiourea, ethylene urea, hydroxyethyl urea, hydroxypropyl urea, ethylene, thiourea, diethyl thiourea, 2-pyrrolidone, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, sorbitol, dimethylsulfone and mixtures thereof and water and an anionic dye having a solubility of 10% by weight or more in said aqueous vehicle.
