    摘要: The present invention provides: a method of testing the performance of reagents containing microparticles by mixing a standard specimen containing two or more kinds of ligands with two or more kinds of microparticles containing receptors capable of specifically binding to the respective ligands and being optically distinguishable, and detecting the optical characteristics of the aggregates thus formed; a kit for detecting a specimen provided with the standard specimen and the microparticles as described above; a method of quantifying a specimen after testing the performance of reagents containing microparticles as described above, mixing a specimen containing two or more kinds of ligands capable of specifically binding to the respective receptors in the microparticles with the microparticles, detecting the optical characteristics of the aggregates thus formed, and then repeating the testing performance of reagents containing microparticles. Thus the present invention provides a performance test of reagents containing microparticles which is suitable for detecting a biological specimen such as a nucleic acid, a quantification method of a specimen which uses the performance testing method thereof and a specimen detection kit including the reagent.
