A method for manufacturing an article by using a 3D printer, comprising: printing a first resin layer by using the 3D printer; printing a second resin layer on the first resin layer using a material different from a material of the first resin layer by using the 3D printer; printing a third resin layer on the second resin layer using a material different from a material of the second resin layer by using the 3D printer, wherein the first resin layer is in contact with the third resin layer in a partial region of the first resin layer, the first resin layer and the third resin layer are composed of a water-insoluble material, the second resin layer is composed of a water-soluble material, and a single article is formed by the first resin layer and the third resin layer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a polyvinyl alcohol film comprising a vinyl alcohol-based polymer, the polyvinyl alcohol film having an NMR signal intensity at 0.10 milliseconds of 78% or less of the initial intensity, when the polyvinyl alcohol film after immersing in water at 60° C. for 2 hours is measured as a measurement sample by a solid echo method using pulse NMR at 60° C.
According to the polyvinyl alcohol film of the present invention, a polarizing film having good polarization performance, which is unlikely to decrease even under high humidity, can be manufactured.-

摘要: Provided is a method for producing resin particles by melt-kneading with a non-water-soluble resin in a wide range of melt-kneading temperature according to the melting point or glass transition temperature of the resin. This production method includes melt-kneading a water-soluble matrix, containing a modified polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and a non-water-soluble resin to form a pre-molded article in which the non-water-soluble resin is dispersed in particulate; and bringing the pre-molded article into contact with an aqueous solvent to elute the matrix. The modified polyvinyl alcohol-based resin contains in a side chain thereof an alkyl group including at least one hydroxyl group (for example, a 1,2-dihydroxyalkyl group).

摘要: A multi-functional battery separator comprises two or more active separator layers deposited from different polymer solutions to form a multilayered unitary structure comprising a free-standing film, a multiplex film on one side of a porous substrate, or separate films or multiplex films on opposite sides of a porous substrate. In a preferred embodiment, the cascade coating method is used to simultaneously deposit the active separator layers wet so that the physical, electrical and morphological changes associated with the polymer drying out process are avoided or minimized. The multi-functional separator is inexpensive to fabricate, exhibits enhanced ionic conductivity and ionic barrier properties, and eliminates gaps between individual layers in a separator stack that can contribute to battery failure.

The polarization layer, the first phase retardation layer, and the second phase retardation layer are deposited in sequence, the first phase retardation layer is a half-wave plate, the second phase retardation layer is a quarter-wave plate, and out-of-plane retardation values of the first phase retardation layer and the second phase retardation layer for incident light having the standard wavelength have opposite signs.
