For the purpose of removing an effect of window processing in window-processing time-domain Doppler signals, translating them to a frequency domain, and then translating them back to the time domain, when cutting signals of a predetermined length from a time-domain Doppler signal; performing window processing on the cut signals; transforming the window-processed signals into frequency-domain signals by Fourier transformation; inversely transforming the frequency-domain signals by inverse Fourier transformation into a time-domain signal after performing predefined processing on the signals; and outputting the time-domain signal as an acoustic signal, the window processing is performed using a window having a profile with a flat top; and the cutting from the Doppler signal is performed such that a former cut signal and a latter cut signal overlap in a portion corresponding to the flat portion of the window.

The method permits the production of urea grease excellent in low noise properties at a low cost.

A grease composition for high-temperature, high-speed and high-load bearings comprises (i) a lubricating base oil composed of an alkyldiphenyl ether lubricant as an essential ingredient and having a kinematic viscosity of 90-160 cSt at 40.degree. C., and (ii) 22-30 wt. %, based on the grease composition, of a diurea compound as a thickener. The diurea compound is represented by the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.2 means an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6-15 carbon atoms, R.sub.1 and R.sub.3 denote an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6-12 carbon atoms or a linear alkyl group having 8-20 carbon atoms, and the proportion of aromatic hydrocarbon groups in R.sub.1 and R.sub.3 is 70-95 mole %. The NLGI thickness grade of said composition is in a range of from No. 1 to No. 3.

To provide a digital data transmitting apparatus and a digital data receiving apparatus that can realize, even when a transmission channel characteristic changes because of aged deterioration or the like of a relay, improvement of a reception performance following the change.A transmitting apparatus 1 generates a multiplexing frame formed by N slots including control information, data, outer parities, stuff bits, and inner parities and added with synchronization, pilot, and a transmission control signal and a parity and transmits data of the respective slots in a transmission system designated by the transmission control signal. In this case, pilot signals are symbols allocated to all signal points in order determined in advance for each of modulation schemes. A receiving apparatus 2 rewrites a phase error table 214 to calculate a phase error and performs synchronous detection according to the pilot signals. The receiving apparatus 2 also rewrites a likelihood table 235 to perform inner code decoding. Consequently, since reception processing adapted to distortion of a transmission channel characteristic can be performed, improvement of a reception performance can be realized.
