    摘要: The present invention provides an information processing method converting a format of a structured document, comprising: a first step copying, a first storage unit, information of a pre-converted first structured document sequentially by a predetermined amount beginning from the head; a second step adding start tags and/or end tags, and an identifier tag for identifying the aforementioned start and/or end tags so that the information copied to the first storage unit becomes one complete second structured document; a third step converting the second structured document built up in the first storage unit to a target format and outputting it to a second storage as a third structured document; and a fourth step removing the start tags and/or end tags and the identifier tag added to in the second step from the third structured document retained by the second storage unit and merging with a fourth structured document.

    摘要: An image compression device having a prediction unit for predicting a value of a compressing target pixel from peripheral values, and quantizing prediction error between a prediction value of the prediction unit and a value of an actual pixel in a predetermined quantizing step, comprising: a specific pixel level difference evaluation unit sequentially calculating the difference value between the level values as a sum of the prediction values corresponding to each of the compressed pixel immediately before the compressing target pixel and peripheral compressed pixels adjacent to the pixel and the quantization value of the prediction error, and evaluating the sameness of the difference value; and a quantization switching unit controlling the quantization in the quantizing step more precise than the quantizing step used when the difference value continuously indicates the same value as a result of the evaluation by the specific pixel level difference evaluation unit.

The diamond coated tool of the present invention is a diamond coated tool including a base material and a diamond layer coating a surface of the base material, and characterized in that the surface of the base material has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of not less than 0.1 μm and not more than 10 μm and an average length of roughness profile elements RSm of not less than 1 μm and not more than 100 μm, and that the diamond layer has a plurality of cavities extending from a portion bordering on the base material in a crystal growth direction.
