摘要: A method for a radio access node configured for transmission to a user device over multiple links. The method includes, responsive to data being available for transmission to the user device, determining which of the multiple links are possible links for transmission of the data, selecting one or more links of the possible links, and transmitting a wake-up signal to the user device, wherein the wake-up signal is indicative of the selected one or more links. A method is also disclosed for a user device configured for reception from a radio access node over multiple links. The method includes receiving a wake-up signal from the radio access node, wherein the wake-up signal is indicative of one or more of the multiple links, and waking up one or more of the multiple receivers, corresponding to the indicated one or more links.

摘要: A technique for performing a multi-layer transmission of data on a radio frequency is described. The multi-layer transmission comprising multiple layers each having a different robustness on the radio frequency. As to a method aspect of the technique, a contention procedure is performed with respect to each of a plurality of access classes, ACs, for accessing the radio frequency. The multi-layer transmission is performed upon success of the contention procedure of at least one of the ACs. In a transmission opportunity defined by the successful contention procedure, data associated with the successful AC is transmitted on a main layer of the multi-layer transmission simultaneously with data associated with at least one further AC on at least one further layer, which is less robust than the main layer of the multi-layer transmission.

摘要: A method for operating an access point providing access to a wireless network for a plurality of wireless devices, wherein the wireless network includes at least one transmission channel with a sequence of transmission slots. The method includes assigning a first transmission slot to a first wireless device for a scheduled transmission with a priority access to the first transmission slot for the first wireless device, detecting during the first transmission slot that the first wireless device is currently not transmitting data in the assigned first transmission slot, and transmitting an indication to at least a subset of the plurality of wireless devices indicating that at least a time range in the first transmission slot until an end of the first transmission slot is available to the plurality of wireless devices for a data transmission using a random access procedure.

摘要: A technique for radio transmitting data is described. As to a method aspect of the technique data to be transmitted to a receiver is represented by at least two partial modulation symbols. Each of the at least two partial modulation symbols is associated to a different layer of the radio transmission to the receiver. A modulation symbol is generated by combining the at least two partial modulation symbols at different power levels according to the associated layer. The modulation symbol is transmitted to the receiver.

摘要: A radio receiver includes a local oscillator arrangement and a controller. The local oscillator arrangement is arranged to provide a signal for down-conversion of radio frequency signal to an intermediate frequency or a baseband frequency in the radio receiver, and the local oscillator arrangement is capable of selectably providing multiple frequency generation qualities. The controller is arranged to estimate a tolerable frequency generation quality for the current operation of the radio receiver or determine whether the current operation of the radio receiver is satisfactory in sense of a currently provided frequency generation quality, and based on the estimation or determination adjust frequency generation quality of the local oscillator arrangement by selecting one of the multiple frequency generation qualities. A radio arrangement, a method and a computer program are also disclosed.

摘要: A wake-up radio unit for a wireless communication device is disclosed, wherein the wireless communication device has a plurality of wireless communication receivers. The wake-up radio unit is adapted to wake up any of the plurality of wireless communication receivers by receiving a wake-up signal, selecting one or more of the plurality of wireless communication receivers based on the wake-up signal, and waking up the selected one or more wireless communication receiver. In some embodiments, wherein each of the plurality of wireless communication receivers is adapted to receive in accordance with respective standard, the wake-up signal may comprise a set of symbols selected from a collection of possible sets of symbols. Each such set of symbols may indicate, at least in part, one or more corresponding standards. Then, the wake-up radio unit may be adapted to select one or more of the plurality of wireless communication receivers based on the wake-up signal by identifying the set of symbols of the received wake-up signal, and selecting the one or more wireless communication receivers adapted to receive in accordance with the one or more corresponding standards indicated by the identified set of symbols. Corresponding arrangement, wireless communication device, method and computer program product are also disclosed.

摘要: A transmitter and a method therein for transmitting CPM signals to a receiver. The transmitter divides bits into first and second bit sequences; obtains third and fourth bit sequences by appending bits to the first and second bit sequences. First and second intermediate sequences are generated based on the third and fourth bit sequences. The transmitter time-reverses the first and second intermediate sequences. The time-reversed first sequence is mapped to a third intermediate sequence, and the time-reversed second sequence is mapped to a fourth intermediate sequence. The transmitter generates fifth and sixth bit sequences from the third and fourth intermediate sequences. First and second CPM signals corresponding to first and second CPM bursts are created, which first burst is based on the third and sixth bit sequences, and which second burst is based on the fourth and fifth bit sequences. CPM signals are transmitted through a respective antenna.

摘要: A method in a transmitter for transmitting CPM signals to a receiver. The transmitter divides bits into first and second sequences; duplicates the sequences into third and fourth sequences. The first and second sequences are mapped into a first layer, and the third fourth sequences are mapped into a second layer. The transmitter time reverses one of the first and second sequences, and one of the third and fourth sequences; and maps 1 to 0 and 0 to 1 in one of the time reversed sequence in each layer. The transmitter formats the first and second sequences into a first burst, and the third and fourth sequences into a second burst; and applies differential encoding to the bursts when a modulation index value is a non-integer. The first and second bursts are continuous phase modulated and transmitted as first and second CPM signals through a respective antenna.

摘要: Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for joint downlink/uplink (DL/UL) scheduling and parameter selection for constrained simultaneous transmit and receive (STR) access point (AP) multi-link devices (MLDs). In one embodiment, a STR capable MLD includes an AP STA. The MLD is configured to jointly schedule an uplink communication on a first link and a simultaneous downlink communication on a second link by selecting a first non-access point (non-AP) station (STA) for the uplink communication and a second non-AP STA for the simultaneous downlink communication out of a plurality of non-AP STAs, the first and second links being a STR constrained pair of links, the first link being associated with the first non-AP STA, the second link being associated with the second non-AP STA, and the first and second non-AP STAs not being affiliated with a same MLD.
