    摘要: This invention has for its aim to provide a hydraulic circuit system arranged such that, even at the time of commencement of drive of a hydraulic actuator with a large inertia, a slow rise in the drive pressure can be achieved, thereby preventing the occurrence of hunting phenomenon. The hydraulic circuit system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of operating valves (15) provided in a discharge conduit (10a) of a hydraulic pump (10), and pressure compensating valves (18) provided in connection conduits between these operating valves (15) and respective hydraulic actuators (16), wherein each of the pressure compensating valves (18) is set at a highest value of load pressures of each of the hydraulic actuators (16), and the displacement of the pump is controlled by a change-over valve (14) adapted to be actuated by the difference between the pump discharge pressure and the load pressure. The hydraulic circuit comprises a bypass conduit (31) connected with a load pressure introduction conduit (30) for introducing the load pressure into a pressure receiving portion of the change-over valve (14). This bypass conduit is connected through a bypass valve (32) adapted to conduct throttling of fluid in inverse proportion to the change in the area of opening of each of the operating valves (15).

This circuit apparatus comprises a large diameter piston (9) for actuating a displacement regulating member (8) of a variable displacement pump (2) in a direction as to reduce the displacement of the pump; a small diameter piston (10) having pressure receiving chamber (10a) connected with discharge passage (2a) of the pump and adapted to actuate discharge regulating member (8) in a direction as to increase the displacement of the pump (2); a load sensing valve (11) for connecting or disconnecting pressure receiving chamber (9a) of the large piston (9) with or from the discharge passage; and apparatus (12, 13, 14) for applying a force to the load sensing valve to push its spool in a direction as to communicate the discharge passage (2a) of the pump with pressure receiving chamber (9a) of the large piston.

The unload valve (40) is unloaded by the differential pressure between the pump delivery pressure in the first short-circuit passage (39) and the load pressure in the second short-circuit passage (36), whereby a single relief valve (37) carries out a relieving operation both at the time of flow merging and at the time of flow branching to equalize the maximum pump delivery pressures. The set pressure of the relief valve (37) can be a high level so as to relieve the valve (37) under a predetermined high load pressure, whereby the relieving operation can be arbitrarily controlled.

In addition, further comprised in the system are: relief valves (22, 22) for relieving the pressurized oil under the influence of load pressure of the actuators (3) operated by the directional control valves (2); a restriction orifice (24) provided in a drain side of each of the relief valves so as to produce pressure therein.
