摘要： An input device having a data entry section and a controller. The data entry section has a layered structure of “keyboard”-equipped printed input portion, EL device, and touch panel. The controller controls the EL device and the touch panel. Since the printed input portion has keyboard layout, users can input data with ease. Furthermore, the surface lighting of EL device can provide the input device with uniform lighting, increasing visibility of the entire device.

摘要： An input panel which includes at the top of the upper substrate a flexible display section working on the electric-charge principle for displaying letters and drawings written with an electric-charge pen. Letters and drawings being written for entry are displayed on the display section, so an inputting operator can see and confirm with his or her eyes the letters and drawings being written. The present input panel contributes to make inputting operations easier, and free of writing mistakes and input errors.

摘要： An insulating film 3 is provided with an opening 4 whose size is substantially equivalent to or slightly smaller than the outer configuration of electronic component 5. A conductive pattern 2 is formed on insulating substrate 1. After forcibly inserting the main body of electronic component 5 into said opening 4, terminals 6 are put between insulating film 3 and insulating substrate 1 and disposed in such a manner that terminals 6 are brought into contact with conductive pattern 2. Then, insulating film 3 is connected with insulating substrate 1 by fusing them in a region surrounding terminals 6, thereby firmly fixing terminals 6 of electronic component 5 on conductive pattern 2.

摘要： A simple-structured, highly dustproof movable contact unit having positive tactile response, and a panel switch using the same, and each manufacturing method. The movable contact unit contains movable contact (3), base film (11), and separator (4). The movable contact, which is made of a conductive metallic sheet having resiliency, is formed into a bottom-open dome-like shape. The base film holds the movable contact through adhesive layer (12) formed under the film. The base film has projections (13) corresponding to each movable contact, which are formed into a shape conforming to the dome-like movable contact. The upper surface of the separator, which has been subjected to a release treatment, is affixed with the adhesive layer beneath the base film. The root portion of the each projection conforming to the shape of the movable contact is tightly affixed to the separator through the adhesive layer under the base film.

摘要： In an electronic apparatus, an inputting-operation device includes a touch panel actuated by a push button of a switch jointed to a laterally-movable strip. As the single switch moved laterally, the push button presses down the touch panel for the panel to output a first signal. The first signal makes a pointer shifts to a corresponding position on a display for selecting an item. The selected item is then actuated by a second signal produced by the switch pressing down the touch panel. This operation allows the pointer to shift to the selected item and allows the selected item to be actuated in a continuous sequence by a finger of an operator holding but not departing from a particular portion of the inputting-operation device.
