摘要: A method or a software application which is used to assign artifacts of technical systems to the process steps required to produce them, wherein the assignments comprise annotations, and the method provides an editor for the annotations. A graphical user interface is also provided, which can be used to visualize the artifacts (e.g., documents describing structural elements) of the technical system and individual process steps (or entire process cycles) and to input the annotations between the two in graphical or tabular form and process them. Pre-existing special knowledge in the domain and the craft relating to plant engineering is acquired, processed, preserved and imparted using the method of the invention. The method advantageously provides effective support for document and configuration management, where CAD and project management tools are integrated to give a systematic IT landscape without media clashes.

摘要: Within methods and systems for computer-aided optimization of process models, defined specifications and associated release criteria (quality gates) are available for every work stage. The specifications include service documents, result features that are to be generated in a work stage, and budget details and the latest end time for a work stage. The release criteria (quality gates) can identify the results of a work stage as successful and can assess the fulfillment of a work stage. A reference for all work stages simulates the model based on a fictitious sample project, interference variables are introduced, the project implementation is simulated for each interference variable, respectively, the deviations from the reference run are automatically determined, respectively, for each interference variable, and an analysis of the influence of the release criteria (quality gates) regarding compliance with the budget and the schedule is performed based on the determined deviations from the reference run.

摘要: A device and a method are disclosed for the detection and/or for the quantification of an analyte. In at least one embodiment, the device includes a basic matrix and magnetized nanoparticles, which are arranged in moveable fashion in or at the basic matrix and to which catcher molecules that bind specifically to the analyte are anchored. Further, the mobility of the nanoparticle in the basic matrix can be influenced by a binding of the analyte to be detected to the catcher molecules and can be read out magnetically.

摘要: Oligonucleotide arrangements are disclosed which, in each case, have at least two oligonucleotide sequences linked via at least one spacer. A process is disclosed using the oligonucleotide arrangements for the amplification and/or detection of nucleic acid sequences with formation of crosslinked conglomerates. The process can be used, for example, for the sensitive, simple and inexpensive detection of nucleic acid sequences.

摘要: The present invention relates to a warning system and a method for monitoring the availability of medical aids for a patient. The warning system comprises a first signal transmitter, which can be mounted on the aid or on a container for the aid or can be integrated in the aid or container and which has a transmission unit for transmitting first electromagnetic signals, and a second signal transmitter which can be worn by the patient and which has a warning device for outputting a warning signal which can be perceived by the patient, a reception unit for receiving the first electromagnetic signals transmitted by the transmission unit in the first signal transmitter, and a control unit which, when the first electromagnetic signals are received or when a prescribable reception strength for the first electromagnetic signals is undershot and/or when a particular item of information transmitted with the first electromagnetic signals is received, actuates the warning device to output the warning signal. The present warning system reliably draws a patient's attention to when medical aids which are important to him are no longer directly available.
