    摘要: A continuous process for producing oligocarbonate is disclosed. The process entails in sequence the steps of a) reacting a dihydroxyaryl compound with a diaryl carbonate in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a melt and avoiding removal of released monohydroxyaryl compound and b) withdrawing the monohydroxyaryl compound by flash evaporation and c) heating the melt obtained under vacuum in an evaporator equipped with sump receiver and d) repeating at least once steps b) and then c) each at gradually increased temperatures and lowered pressures.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the production of polycarbonates by the two-phase interfacial method in which deviations between measured and estimated variables are continuously minimized by means of a suitably selected observer or filter system on the basis of a process model with an empirical Mark-Houwink relation adapted to the process. The variables estimated by the observer/filter are converted into control variables which are used to set input streams of the production process. Product quality is kept constant, changes in load or set values are quickly intercepted and even disturbances not readily accessible to measurement are taken into account by the process control.

    摘要: Continuous processes for preparing polycarbonates having a weight average molecular weight Mw, of 15,000 to 200,000 g/mol, the processes comprising reacting a dihydroxydiarylalkane and phosgene in the presence of a catalyst in a phase boundary process comprising: continuously dispersing in a disperser an organic phase comprising at least a portion of the phosgene and a solvent suitable for the polycarbonate and an aqueous phase comprising the dihydroxydiarylalkane, water and an alkali solution present in an amount of 1.5 to 2.5 moles per mole of the dihydroxydiarylalkane, to form a mixture; reacting the mixture in a first reactor with a residence time of less than 0.5 seconds; further reacting the mixture in a second reactor with addition of further alkali solution and, optionally, a chain terminator; and effecting further condensation in a third reactor with addition of further alkali solution and, optionally, a chain terminator, in the presence of the catalyst.

    摘要: A transfer device for wafers stacked in magazines has a vertically displaceable frame of a platform, with which the cover of the box surrounding the magazine in the closed condition. The magazine remains in the original position on the base of the box and is then supplied by a gripping device from this position to a processing system in which the wafers are removed from the magazine and are processed. A gripping device preferably has two extension arms arranged on both sides of the magazine as well as one stop element which can be caused to impact on the wafer edges. The stop element preferably has two lips consisting of an elastic material which lips can be caused to impact on the wafer edges. The device permits a very fast loading and unloading into or out of the processing system.
