摘要: An electronic throttle device includes a throttle body, a bulge, and a ring. The throttle body includes a bore part having an approximately cylindrical shape. The bore part is connected to an upstream air hose such that the upstream air hose is located on an outside of the bore part and is fastened with a fastening member from an outside of the upstream air hose. The bulge is discontinuously located along an outer circumference of the bore part and has a groove along an outer circumference of the bulge. The ring has a cross-sectional dimension larger than a depth of the groove in a radial direction of the bore part, and is located into the groove to configurate a protruding part that protrudes radially outwardly and extends entirely on the outer circumference of the bore part.

摘要: In an electronically controlled throttle valve system, a case of a DC motor and a valve housing forming a throttle body are mutually different in material and shape. Specifically, the valve housing is made of synthetic resin easy to be deformed and the case is made of metal hard to be deformed as compared with synthetic resin. An elastic body formed of a nearly annular metal plate spring is mounted between the DC motor and the valve housing. The elastic body includes a plate spring base part having a larger contact area with respect to a contacted portion and a plurality of tabs having a smaller contact area with respect to the contacted portion. The plate spring base part is in contact with the valve housing made of synthetic resin and each tab is in contact with the metal case.

摘要: In an electronically controlled throttle valve system, a case of a DC motor and a valve housing forming a throttle body are mutually different in material and shape. 摘要: A butterfly valve comprises a valve shaft placed across a flow passage and a plate-like valve element provided on the valve shaft so as to be rotatable about the valve shaft to regulate a flow rate of fluid in the flow passage. The valve element has a section that gradually decreases in thickness from the valve shaft toward an outer edge in a direction nearly perpendicular to the valve shaft. The valve element further includes a plurality of inclined surfaces on each side so that the corresponding inclined surfaces on both sides of the valve element are identical in section in a direction parallel to the valve shaft. The valve element is provided on each side with a plurality of flow straightening ribs each extending in a direction perpendicular to the valve shaft and inclining along each inclined surface.

摘要: A throttle control device has a throttle body (TB) in which an intake passage (1a) is formed. A throttle valve (2) is rotatably arranged within the intake passage. A motor (4) rotates the throttle valve. The throttle body has a gear accommodating chamber (19), in which is arranged gear mechanism (35). The gear mechanism transmits the rotation of the motor to the throttle valve, and has at least one gear (14). A shaft (34; 134) rotatably supports the gear. The shaft is a unitary member formed integrally on a wall surface (1b, 18b) of the gear accommodating chamber in a cantilever fashion. The shaft may have first shaft portion (34a) formed integrally on first wall surface (1b) of the gear accommodating chamber in a cantilever fashion and second shaft portion (34b) formed integrally on a second wall surface (18a) of the gear accommodating chamber in a cantilever fashion.

摘要: An intake device for an internal combustion engine includes a throttle body (1) that forms an intake passage (1a). A throttle valve (2) is arranged within the intake passage. A pipe member (26) is connected to the throttle body, wherein the pipe member forms a communication passage (26a) communicating with the intake passage. An engagement device (53,63; 85,87; 92,63) is provided between the throttle body and the pipe member. The engagement device includes at least one engagement protrusion (53; 85; 92) and at least one engagement recess (63; 87M). When the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess are engaged with each other, detachment of the throttle body and the pipe member from each other is restricted. The assembly process is simplified by a lack of separate components such as clamps and bolts, relying instead upon a typical snap-fit connection.
