摘要： A method of making electrical connecting elements includes a metallic thin film 15 is formed on a mold 11 having protrusions 12 complementary in shape to a conductor pattern to be formed; a substrate 17 having a transfer layer 16 of adherent (or adhesive) material applied to one side surface thereof is provided; and the transfer layer 16 side of the substrate is brought into intimate contact with the metallic thin film 15 laid over the protrusions 12, followed by pulling the transfer layer apart from the mold so as to transfer the metallic thin film 15 covering the protrusions 12 onto the transfer layer 16 to thereby form the conductor pattern 18 on the transfer layer 16.

摘要： In order to decrease light beam projectors and avoid time consuming and tedious transferring and exchanging operations in the tire manufacturing process, a light beam projecting apparatus of the present invention for use in production of an endless rubberized cord fabric, comprises a light beam projector disposed in spaced and opposed relation with a tire building drum to wrap a band-formed rubberized cord fabric; an indicator assembly located in the vicinity of the light beam projector and interposed between the light projector and the tire building drum, the indicator assembly including an indicator film having a multiplicity of indicating lines spaced from each other in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the tire building drum to be projected upon the peripheral surface of the tire building drum; and a focus lens assembly arranged between the tire building drum and the indicator assembly and including at least a focus lens in alignment with the light beam projected through the indicator film by the light beam projector so as to focalize and enlarge indicated lines projected on the peripheral surface of the tire building drum.

摘要： An electrical connector is disclosed. Connection targets have edges, respectively, on which conductive portions are formed. The electrical connector serves to electrically connect the conductive portions of connection targets with the edges facing each other. The electrical connector comprises an electrode sheet, a press member and a connection keeper. The electrode sheet comprises an insulation sheet and an electrode pattern formed on the insulation sheet. The press member is made of elastic material distinct from the electrode sheet. The press member is arranged to press the electrode pattern against the conductive portions of the connection targets when the press member is compressed, so that the conductive portions of the connection targets are connected to each other by the electrode pattern. The connection keeper is configured to keep the connection between the conductive portions of the connection targets with the press member compressed.
