    摘要: A power supply device, which is simply assembled and in which a cell assembly and a measuring section are freely inserted and detached, is provided. A power supply device 1 includes a cell assembly 2, a plurality of first bus bars 51, a plate 3 to which the plurality of bus bars 51 are attached. The plate is overlapped on the cell assembly 2. The cell assembly 2 has a plurality of cells 21 respectively including positive electrodes 23 at one ends and negative electrodes 24 at the other ends. The first bus bars 51 connect the positive electrodes 23 of the one cells 21 to the negative electrodes 24 of the other cells 21 of the cell assembly 2 which are mutually adjacent when the plate 3 is overlapped or overlaid on the cell assembly 2. The power supply device 1 includes a positioning unit 71 that relatively positions the cell assembly 2 to the plate 3 and a guide unit 72 that guides the plurality of first bus bars 51 to positions where the first bus bars 51 connect the respectively corresponding positive electrodes 23 to the negative electrodes 24 when the plate 3 is attached to the cell assembly 2.

The battery assembly and the plate include a positioning section that relatively positions the battery assembly and the plate. The battery assembly and the plate include a plate displacement section that displaces the plate so that the connecting members relatively abut against the corresponding positive electrodes and negative electrodes of the battery assembly when the plate is mounted on the battery assembly.

    摘要: A power supply unit includes: a plurality of batteries each of which has a positive electrode 8 at one end and a negative electrode at the other end; and a bus bar module connecting the batteries in series. The bus bar module includes: a plurality of bus bars each having a pair of connecting parts respectively connected to the electrodes adjacent to each other of the batteries adjacent to each other, and a coupling part coupling the pair of connecting parts to each other; a plurality of terminals each elastically clamping the electrodes and the connecting parts to electrically connect the electrodes to the connecting parts; and a plate to which the bus bars and the terminals are attached. The electrodes are formed in a flat plate shape, and thickness directions of the electrodes which are connected to each other by the bus bar are perpendicular to each other.

    摘要: A voltage detector of a battery module includes a flexible conductive member that is disposed for each of two electrode groups formed of electrodes arranged in a row of a battery module that is an aggregate of a battery cell provided with two equipotential portions each of which has a same potential with each of the two electrodes, and is electrically connected to the equipotential portion for each of the electrodes of each of the electrode groups serving as a disposition target. The flexible conductive member includes: a conductive portion for each of the equipotential portions having flexibility that is electrically connected to the equipotential portion and each of an arithmetic processing device of a battery monitoring unit that monitors a voltage of the battery cell; and an insulating portion having flexibility that electrically insulates the plurality of conductive portions from each other.
