    摘要: This disclosure relates to a combination structure of an output line and a terminal. An output line includes an insulation sleeve and a copper wire. A conducting terminal includes a riveting ring, a conducting ring and a soldering segment connected to one another. The riveting ring is fixed on the insulation sleeve. The conducting ring covers the copper wire. The soldering segment is bent and extended with an included angle with respect to an extending direction of the output line. The output line and the conducting terminal pass through a reflow oven to make the conducting ring and the copper wire be tinned and connected. The insulation seat includes a base and a terminal slot. The soldering segment is embedded in the terminal slot. The circuit board and the conducting terminal pass through the reflow oven to make the soldering segment be tinned and connected to the circuit board.

    摘要: A method for producing an electrical connection between an electrical conductor, which includes a plurality of individual wires, and a contact element. The electrical conductor is arranged in a contact portion of the contact element, and the contact portion and the electrical conductor are subsequently pressed together so that the contact portion surrounds the electrical conductor. A plurality of mutually spaced elongate welded connections between the contact portion and the electrical conductor are produced by laser irradiation of the contact portion, or by laser irradiation of the electrical conductor through an opening in the contact portion. The elongate welded connections extend in an irradiation direction from an irradiated region of the contact portion, or from an irradiated region of the electrical conductor, through an entire cross-section of the pressed electrical conductor to a region of the contact portion opposite to the irradiated region, such that the electrical conductor is connected to this area of the contact portion; and the irradiated regions are arranged in the form of a grid.

    摘要: Prior to insertion into the recess of a crimping region, the axial ends of the plurality of electrical strands of the cable are fixed with a clamping tool so that the axial ends of the plurality of electrical strands protrude axially out of the clamping tool and the ends of the plurality of strands protruding axially from the clamping tool are sheared off in the transverse direction with a cutting tool so that a closed end face is produced at the axial end of the strands. The axial end of the plurality of electrical strands is inserted into the recess and the plurality of strands are welded to the contact piece by melting the closed end face arranged in the recess by radiation energy of a radiation directed onto the end face.

    摘要: A wiring harness assembly is presented. The wiring harness assembly is formed by a method that includes the steps of crimping an electrical wire cable within a crimping feature of an electrical terminal having wire strands protruding from the crimping feature and fusing the wire strands of protruding portion, or “wire brush” so that the wire strands are in intimate contact, thereby eliminating voids between individual wire strands of the wire brush. The wires may be fused by laser welding, soldering, or brazing. The method may be especially beneficial for wire strands having an insulative oxide layer, such as aluminum. The bonding reduces the resistance between the wire strands due to insulating oxide layers on the surface of the wire strands and inhibiting of corrosion by eliminating inter-strand gaps where electrolytes in solution may enter and cause galvanic corrosion.

    摘要: A bolt-fastened terminal connects to a wire that includes an aluminum core wire of an aluminum-based metal. The terminal includes a wire connection configured by a copper-based metal material and continuous with an electric contact that includes a bolt hole, the wire connection being welded and electrically connected to the aluminum core wire. A surface of the wire connection is coated with a first metal such as nickel and a surface of the electric contact is coated with a second metal such as tin. The first metal and the second metal, which are configured by different metals, are selected from metals between hydrogen and aluminum, aluminum having a negative electric potential with reference to the electric potential of hydrogen and a high ionization tendency, and the second metal is a metal having a smaller negative electric potential and lower ionization tendency than the first metal.
