摘要: A rotary electric machine configured with a stator, rotor, and permanent magnets disposed in an inverted V-shape that becomes gradually narrower from a side of a center of rotation of the rotor. The rotor is provided with a plurality of support portions that extend radially about the center of rotation, and gap portions are respectively formed in correspondence with the plurality of support portions at positions spaced by a predetermined distance from an edge portion of the permanent magnets in a flowing direction of magnetic flux between the permanent magnets and the stator. The gap portions are formed to have such a length that causes magnetic saturation during generation of low torque in a low-current state and that causes no magnetic saturation during generation of maximum torque in a high-current state in which electricity at a high current is supplied to the stator coil.

摘要: A rotor (10) for a rotary electric machine has a plurality of magnetic poles (24) provided at intervals, in a circumferential direction, at the outer periphery of a rotor core (12). Each of the magnetic poles (24) has a first permanent magnet (26) buried in the center of the magnetic pole, and a pair of second permanent magnets (28) that are buried on both sides of the first permanent magnet (26) in the circumferential direction, and that are disposed such that a mutual spacing between the pair of the second permanent magnets (28) becomes narrower inward in the radial direction. A narrowest spacing between the pair of second permanent magnets (28) is set to be wider than a longitudinal-direction width of the first permanent magnet (26) in a magnetic path region (30) that is defined by the first permanent magnet (26) and the pair of second permanent magnets (28).

摘要: In a rotor for a rotary electric machine, a plurality of magnetic poles are provided in a radially outer portion of the rotor iron core, at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each magnetic pole includes a pair of permanent magnets disposed apart from each other in the circumferential direction, and a magnetic flux-restraining hole that is formed and extended radially inwardly between radially inner end portions of the permanent magnets and that restrains flow of magnetic flux. The magnetic flux-restraining hole is extended so as to project beyond a position of the radially inner end portions to a radially outer side, between the pair of permanent magnets.

摘要: In a heat exchanger that includes an expanded part of a duct, a heat-transfer tube bundle accommodating duct, and a plurality of heat-transfer tube bundles provided in the heat-transfer tube bundle accommodating duct in a flow direction of flue gas with a distance therebetween, a bare-tube-part upstream-side regulating plate and a bare-tube-part downstream-side regulating plate at an upstream side and a downstream side of a bare tube part of each of the heat-transfer tube bundles and a plurality of regulating plates in an introducing unit arranged either in the expanded part of a duct or in the heat-transfer tube bundle accommodating duct on an upstream side to the heat-transfer tube bundle are provided. A drift at the bare tube part of the heat-transfer tube bundles can be significantly reduced.

摘要: A cooling structure for a stator configured with a cooling medium distributing member formed with a plurality of discharge openings, and a distributing path, wherein the distributing path has a plurality of chambers separated by a partition wall, and an inter-chamber communication passage that is formed in the partition wall and communicates between the adjacent chambers. The cooling medium distributing member includes at least one cooling medium distributing chamber that divides the distributing path to a plurality of inter-chamber communication passages, and also includes a plurality of discharge chambers. The plurality of inter-chamber communication passages formed in the partition wall are formed with a ratio of an opening width between the different inter-chamber communication passages set according to a ratio of a sum of opening cross-sectional areas of all of the cooling medium discharge openings which are located downstream of each of the inter-chamber communication passages.
