摘要: Inside of a swing arm (30) that pivotally supports a rear wheel (WR) of an electric two-wheeled vehicle (1) and that is freely swingably attached to a vehicle body, a battery (56), an electric motor (M) for driving the rear wheel (WR), and a board (50) serving as a control device for controlling the electric motor (M) are equipped. Coupling a throttle grip (80) and a throttle position sensor (60) by physical transmission means (62, 85, 86) therebetween allows a configuration so that a turning angle of the throttle grip (80) can be detected, and the throttle position sensor (60) is attached to the board (50). The board (50) is disposed with a planar portion oriented in a vehicle width direction.

摘要: A battery is disposed close to a through-hole of a swing shaft that pivotally supports a swing arm on a vehicle body frame so as to be freely swingable at a position closer to the front of the vehicle body in the swing arm. An electric motor is disposed close to an axle of a rear wheel at a position closer to the rear of the vehicle body in the swing arm. The control board is disposed at a position outside of the battery in the vehicle width direction, and the heating element board is disposed at a position rearward of the vehicle body with respect to the control board and forward of the vehicle body with respect to the motor.

Coupling a throttle grip (80) and a throttle position sensor (60) by physical transmission means (62, 85, 86) therebetween allows a configuration so that a turning angle of the throttle grip (80) can be detected, and the throttle position sensor (60) is attached to the board (50). The board (50) is disposed with a planar portion oriented in a vehicle width direction.

摘要: A battery is disposed close to a through-hole of a swing shaft that pivotally supports a swing arm on a vehicle body frame so as to be freely swingable at a position closer to the front of the vehicle body in the swing arm. An electric motor is disposed close to an axle of a rear wheel at a position closer to the rear of the vehicle body in the swing arm. The control board is disposed at a position outside of the battery in the vehicle width direction, and the heating element board is disposed at a position rearward of the vehicle body with respect to the control board and forward of the vehicle body with respect to the motor.

摘要: A battery module mounting structure includes a housing structure housing a battery supplying electric power to the electric motor of a motor-driven two-wheeled vehicle and a PDU controlling the electric motor. The housing case is configured to be mountable to and dismountable from the swing arm with the electric motor and a control substrate housed in the housing case. The swing arm is formed as a cantilever type in which an arm portion disposed on the vehicle-widthwise right or left of a rear wheel supports the rear wheel. The battery shaped in a rectangular parallelepiped is housed in the housing case with a longitudinal direction thereof facing in a vehicle-width direction. The housing case is mounted from a vehicle-widthwise inside on a lateral surface of a swing arm housing at a position vehicle-body-forward of the rear wheel and vehicle-body-rearward of a through-hole, the swing arm housing supporting the arm portion.

摘要: A battery configured as a plurality of battery cells for an electric vehicle with one board for supplying electric power to an electric motor. Each battery cell is provided with positive and negative electrodes on the side of the board. The board is provided with a plurality of cell connecting parts for transmitting cell information of each battery cell corresponding to each electrode. Sensor wiring connects each electrode and each cell connecting part. Wiring is formed are arranged over the board that radiates heat via an insulating adhesive. A heating element is mounted on a first heat-conduction member formed on a top face of the uppermost wiring board. A second heat-conduction member is formed on the downside of the lowermost wiring board. The first heat-conduction member and the second heat-conduction member are touched via a third heat-conduction member arranged in a through hole bored through each wiring board.

摘要: A saddle riding type, electric vehicle includes a swing arm removably and vertically swingably supported on a vehicle body frame, and an electric motor, a battery for supplying the electric motor with electric power, and a control unit for controlling the electric motor. The electric motor, the battery, and the control unit are disposed on the swing arm. The swing arm integrally provides, forwardly of a rear wheel, a bulkhead for accommodating a battery in isolation from an electric motor and a control unit. The bulkhead has an opening portion that faces terminals disposed on the battery. A battery accommodating portion integrally provides a partition wall extending in a vehicle width direction to form a plurality of accommodating chambers with each containing one of a plurality of batteries. A stand disposed downwardly of the partition wall is supported rotatably on a bottom wall of the battery accommodating portion.

摘要: A generator has a rotor boss engaged with a crankshaft with a rotor core engaged with the outer circumference of the rotor boss. A stator core is provided around the outer circumference of the rotor core with a bus ring opposed to one end surface of the rotor core. The outer circumference of the bus ring is engaged with a plurality of insulating components surrounding the teeth. The stator core has a split structure composed of a plurality of stator core blocks connected together. Each stator core block is fixed to a generator cover by a bolt. The generator cover is fixed to the outer surface of a crankcase. The rotor core is formed with a plurality of holes for respectively supporting a plurality of rotor magnets. The bus ring includes a plurality of terminals and grommets connected through bus bars to the terminals.
