    摘要: A compressor is provided in which the arrangement and the position of a spring chamber, in which a coil spring biasing a main shaft is accommodated, are designed and the various designs of the compressor is possible. The compressor comprises a main shaft (16), a front housing (11) which has a shaft aperture that rotatably supports the front side of the main shaft, a cylinder block (12) in which a shaft aperture is located on the rear side of the front housing and rotatably supports the rear side of the main shaft and in which cylinders are disposed on the outer circumferential side of the shaft aperture, a rear housing (13) which has a suction chamber and a discharge chamber that are disposed on the rear side of the cylinder block and can communicate with the inside of the cylinders, and a coil spring (32) which biases the main shaft from a rear side to a front side, wherein the rear housing includes a recess (13c) or a seat portion which defines at least a part of a spring chamber that accommodates the coil spring.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor comprises a flange, a movable body, and a detection sensor. The flange is joined to a housing and forms a flange passage for connecting a refrigerant passage and an external refrigerant circuit. The movable body is movably disposed in the flange, is movable according to a flow rate of refrigerant gas in the flange passage, and has a magnet. The detection sensor is fixed to or in the flange for detecting magnetic flux density of the magnet. The flow rate of the refrigerant gas is detected based on the magnetic flux density detected by the detection sensor. The flange is attachable to and detachable from the housing in a state where the flange is provided with the movable body and the detection sensor.

    摘要: Compressor are taught that may include a suction port to draw refrigerant and a discharge port to discharge compressed refrigerant. A driving shaft is disposed within a compressor driving chamber. A swash plate is inclinably and slidably coupled to the driving shaft. The swash plate rotates together with the driving shaft at an inclination angle with respect to a plane perpendicular to the rotational axis of the driving shaft. A cylinder bore is disposed adjacent to the compressor driving chamber. A piston is disposed within the cylinder bore and an end portion of the piston is connected to a peripheral edge of the swash plate by a shoe. Preferably, the piston reciprocates within the cylinder bore to compress the refrigerant in response to rotation of the inclined swash plate. A rotor is connected to the driving shaft. A hinge mechanism connects the swash plate with the rotor and transmits torque from the driving shaft to the swash plate regardless of the inclination angle of the swash plate. The hinge mechanism includes a projection disposed on one of the rotor or the swash plate and at least one arm disposed on the other of the rotor or the swash plate. The projection has a recessed structure and at least one arm is coupled to the projection to transmit torque from the driving shaft.

A front radial bearing 9B is provided on the outer periphery of a boss portion 11A of the lug plate 11 and a coil spring 16 to bias the swash plate 12 is received in a spring receiving portion 11C formed in the lug plate 11 on the rear side thereof.

The control valve controls the displacement based on differential pressure between the first and second pressure monitoring points. The oil separator is located between the first and second pressure monitoring points in order to separate the oil from the compressed refrigerant gas, thereby the oil separator serves as means for manifesting the differential pressure.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor has a housing, a drive shaft, a rotor, a swash plate, a piston and a decelerating mechanism. The housing includes a cylinder bore and supports the drive shaft. The rotor is secured to the drive shaft. The swash plate is operatively connected to the rotor and the drive shaft so as to rotate therewith and varies its inclination angle relative to the drive shaft. The piston is connected to the swash plate so as to reciprocate in the cylinder bore with rotation of the swash plate. A stroke of the piston varies in accordance with the inclination angle of the swash plate. The deceleration mechanism between the rotor and the swash plate decelerates the inclination speed of the swash plate in a range from a near maximum inclination angle to the maximum inclination angle when the swash plate inclines to increase the stroke of the piston.

    摘要: A compressor C has a construction comprising a cylinder block 1 in which cylinder bores 1a are formed, a front housing 2 and a rear housing 4 which are arranged at the front and at the rear, respectively, of the cylinder block 1. Pistons 20 which are accommodated in each cylinder bore 1a so as to be able to reciprocate, are connected to the cam plate 12, which connects to a drive shaft 6 so as to be able to integrally rotate, so as to operate, and the pistons 20 compress refrigerant gas according to the rotation of the drive shaft 6. A suction muffler 40, a discharge muffler 41 and a control valve 31 are provided between the cylinder bores 1a in the cylinder block 1. Further, a unit 60 which comprises a discharge check valve and an oil separator is disposed in the suction muffler 40.
