摘要: The invention relates to devices and methods for cleaning centrifugal separators for concurrent and countercurrent separation of solid and/or liquid particles suspended in gaseous media. The device comprises a rotor (12) which is provided with a multiplicity of sedimentation members (14) and which is mounted rotatably in a surrounding housing (20). In concurrent separation, a flushing nozzle (36) is arranged upstream of the sedimentation members (14) in order to supply a cleaning liquid for flushing the sedimentation members clean. In countercurrent separation, the flushing nozzle is arranged upstream and/or downstream of the sedimentation members in order to supply cleaning liquid from outside and/or from inside the rotor for flushing the sedimentation members clean.

摘要: A centrifugal separator device for concurrent separation of solid and/or liquid particles suspended in a gaseous media includes a rotor having a multiplicity of sedimentation members and which is mounted rotatably in a surrounding housing. An intake is provided for the gaseous medium to be cleaned, which leads to a central inlet shaft of the rotor. The housing has an outlet for cleaned gas, which has been freed of solid and/or liquid particles on passage through the sedimentation members in the rotor, and an outlet for the solid and/or liquid particles, which have been deposited on the sedimentation members and then transferred to a side wall of the housing by a centrifugal force. A nozzle is arranged upstream of the sedimentation members in order to supply a liquid to the sedimentation members.

In concurrent separation, a flushing nozzle (36) is arranged upstream of the sedimentation members (14) in order to supply a cleaning liquid for flushing the sedimentation members clean. In countercurrent separation, the flushing nozzle is arranged upstream and/or downstream of the sedimentation members in order to supply cleaning liquid from outside and/or from inside the rotor for flushing the sedimentation members clean.

摘要: Rotor unit for a centrifuge for purifying flowing fluids, which rotor unit (12) comprises a plurality of disk elements (14) which are stacked concentrically one on another and provided with at least one centrally located fluid flow-through hole, where the disk elements (14) have lead-through openings by means of which the disk elements (14) are pushed onto a number of essentially axially elongate guide elements (16) distributed in the circumferential direction for guiding the disk elements in the circumferential direction and radially. The disk elements (14) are held together by a first and a second end element (18, 20) at the ends of the stack of disk elements. A central portion of at least some of the guide elements (16) are interconnected by means of a cross-stay construction (36) in order to prevent deflection of the rods owing to the centrifugal force during rotation of the rotor unit (12).

摘要: A centrifugal separator device (10) for separating solid and/or liquid particles which are suspended in gas media, which device comprises a rotor (12) which is provided sedimentation members (14), which is rotatably mounted in a surrounding stationary housing (20) and which has a central inlet for the gas medium which is to be cleaned. The housing (20) has, on the one hand, an outlet (32) for cleaned gas which, during its passage through the sedimentation members (14) in the rotor (12), has been freed form solid and/or liquid particles, and, on the other hand, an outlet (28 a-c) for solid and/or liquid particles which have been transferred onto the inner side of the housing. A number of parallel guide rails (26), which run helically, are arranged on the inner side of the housing and extends axially at least over a major part of the length of the rotor (12), and the outlet (32) in the housing for cleaning gas is located, with respect to the axis, at one end of the rotor (12) while the outlet (28a-c9 for the particles which have been collected on the housing wall is located at the opposite axial end of the rotor. The guide rails (26) are arranged in a direction on the inner side of the housing in relation to the direction of rotation of the rotor which is such that a peripherally outer of a gas vortex generated by the rotor is forced to entrain the particles which have been collected between the guide rails toward the particles outlet.
