    摘要: A connecting structure includes a unit body including a case having an electronic-component housing concave portion and a fitting-connection concave portion and an electronic component housed in the electronic-component housing concave portion and making a first connecting portion in the fitting-connection concave portion; an electric wire having an electric-wire side terminal in the middle of the electric wire in an electric-wire direction; and a cover member having an electric wire housing portion held on the electric wire so as to overlie an area of the electric-wire side terminal and a cover side fitting part to be fitted in the fitting-connection concave portion. In such a configuration, after the cover member is previously assembled with the electric wire to form a cover-assembled wire, the cover-assembled wire is fit in the fitting-connection concave portion and simultaneously therewith the first connecting portion is connected to the electric wire side terminal.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes: a photoreceptor, a charging unit which charges the photoreceptor; an exposing unit which forms a latent image onto the photoreceptor; a developing unit which develops the latent image to a toner image; a sensor which detects a line width of a toner patch formed on the photoreceptor by the exposing unit and the developing unit; and a controller which changes a background voltage based on the line width detected by the sensor during an image forming operation so that the line width is secured within a predetermined line width. The controller returns the background voltage to value adjacent to an initial setting background voltage and changes the light amount of the exposing unit by a light amount corresponding to a returning amount of the background voltage.

    摘要: Image forming apparatus (100) creates a toner pattern on intermediate transfer belt (11) as a preprocessing of gradation correction, and calculates a cycle at which density unevenness is largest. Then, a toner image for gradation correction is formed so as to cancel cyclic unevenness at a cycle at which the largest density unevenness occurs. As a result of this, it becomes possible to suppress the deterioration of density detection accuracy and perform a highly accurate gradation correction even if density unevenness of any cycle occurs.
