    摘要: A polybutadiene rubber composition comprising (A) a polybutadiene rubber obtained by solution polymerization and having a Mooney viscosity (ML.sub.1+4.sup.100.degree. C.) of 60-110 and a 1,4-configuration content of not less than 60%, preferably not less than 70%, and (B) a polybutadiene polymer obtained by solution polymerization and having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 20,000-140,000, preferably 40,000-100,000, and a 1,4-configuration content of not less than 60%, preferably not less than 70%, in which composition the weight ratio of (A)/(B) is 100/5-100/150, preferably 100/35-100/100, and the Mooney viscosity (ML.sub.1+4.sup.100.degree. C.) of which composition is 20-70. This composition is high in tackiness in the unvulcanized state and also excellent in the physical properties of vulcanizate.

    摘要: A process for preparing polybutadiene having a 1,2-configuration content of 5-40% and a cis-1,4-configuration content of 60% or more, which comprises polymerizing 1,3-butadiene in the presence of a catalyst consisting of:(A) a cobalt compound,(B) at least one member selected from the group consisting of:(i) a trialkylaluminum,(ii) a reaction product of a trialkylaluminum and an alcohol or water,(iii) a mixture of a trialkylaluminum and a dialkylaluminum halide,(iv) a dialkylaluminum hydride, and(v) an organolithium compound, and(C) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of phenyl isothiocyanate and carbon disulfide, in a hydrocarbon or halogenated hydrocarbon solution of a high cis-1,4-polybutadiene obtained by polymerizing 1,3-butadiene with a catalyst consisting of:(D) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the organocarboxylates of nickel and organic complex compounds of nickel,(E) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of boron trifluoride, boron trifluoride complex compounds and hydrogen fluoride, and(F) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the organometallic compounds of the alkali metals of the Group II or III metals of the Periodic Table. The polybutadiene produced by this process has an improved tear strength and improved flexural fatigue properties.

    摘要: The present invention provides an optical semiconductor sealing material comprising a radically polymerized polymer of a methacrylate ester having an alicyclic hydrocarbon group containing 7 or more carbon atoms, e.g. an adamantyl group, a norbornyl group, or a dicyclopentanyl group; and an optical semiconductor sealing material comprising a radically polymerized polymer of 50 to 97 mass % of the methacrylate ester and 3 to 50 mass % of acrylate ester having a hydroxyl group. The optical semiconductor sealing material of the present invention is highly transparent and stable to UV light and thus does not undergo yellowing. In addition, the material exhibits excellent compatibility between heat resistance and refractive index, does not undergo deformation or cracking during heating processes such as reflow soldering, and shows high processability. The material can be preferably used as a sealing material for light-emitting elements and light-receiving elements of optical semiconductor devices (semiconductor light-emitting devices).

    摘要: The invention provides a composition containing (A) one or more (meth)acrylate compounds selected from among a (meth)acryl-modified silicone fluid, a long-chain alkyl(meth)acrylate, and a polyalkylene glycol(meth)acrylate having a number average molecular weight of 400 or more; (B) a (meth)acrylate compound having an alicyclic hydrocarbon group which has six or more carbon atoms and which is bonded to the compound via an ester bond; (C) (meth)acrylic acid or a (meth)acrylate compound having a polar group; and (D) a radical polymerization initiator. The composition is suitably employed as a raw material for, for example, an encapsulating material or a lens, exhibits transparency and heat resistance comparable to conventional levels, and provides a cured product exhibiting excellent adhesion to a base member surrounding the cured product.

    摘要: The present invention provides a copolymer for syrup, characterized by being formed from (A) 1 to 60 mass % of at least one (meth)acrylate compound selected from among a (meth)acrylate-modified silicone oil, an alkyl (meth)acrylate, a monoalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate, and a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate, and (B) 99 to 40 mass % of a (meth)acrylate compound having a C≧6 alicyclic hydrocarbon group bonded thereto via an ester bond; a (meth)acrylate composition containing a (meth)acrylate monomer and 1 to 60 mass % of the (meth)acrylate copolymer for syrup; and a cured product of the composition. The (meth)acrylate copolymer for syrup of the present invention has excellent solubility, particularly in a (meth)acrylate compound having an alicyclic ester substituent, and a (meth)acrylate resin composition containing the copolymer provides a stable cured product having high transparency and high resistance to UW rays and heat. Thus, the cured product is suitably used as a material for lenses, illumination devices, automobiles, displays, optical-semiconductors, etc.

    摘要: The present invention provides an optical semiconductor sealing material comprising a radically polymerized polymer of a methacrylate ester having an alicyclic hydrocarbon group containing 7 or more carbon atoms e.g. an adamantyl group, a norbornyl group or a dicyclopentanyl group; and an optical semiconductor sealing material comprising a radically polymerized polymer of 50 to 97 mass % of the methacrylate ester and 3 to 50 mass % of acrylate ester having a hydroxyl group. The optical semiconductor sealing material of the present invention is highly transparent and stable to UV light and thus does not undergo yellowing.
