A separator material suitable for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell and a method of producing the same. The separator material exhibiting gas impermeability, strength, dimensional stability during long-term use, and only a small degree of dissolution of organic substances which hinder the cell reaction. The separator material includes a graphite/cured resin molded product produced by binding a graphite powder using a mixed resin prepared by mixing an epoxy resin with a specific epoxy equivalent and a phenolic resin with a specific hydroxyl equivalent at a specific equivalent ratio and adding an imidazole compound without an amino group as a curing accelerator. The graphite/cured resin molded product has, when immersed in hot water at 90° C., a water absorption elongation percentage after 500 hours of immersion of a specific value or less and an amount of ammonium ions dissolved and an amount of TOC dissolved after 50 hours of immersion of specific values or less. The method of producing the separator material includes preforming a molding powder obtained by grinding a kneaded product of a mixed resin and a graphite powder to prepare a preform, and thermocompression-molding the preform in a mold.

A portion of a wire is mounted on a first holder such that the portion of the wire is disposed between a thermoplastic material and another thermoplastic material, the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material, that are mounted on the first holder, are pressed by heater-equipped the lower mold and the upper mold, thereby press-forming and heating the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material, so that the portion of the wire is covered around with the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material and that mutually contacting surfaces of the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material are welded, and thereafter, the portion of the wire that is covered the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material is removed from the lower mold and the upper mold while being mounted on an upper side of the first holder.

According to the present invention, a precache control unit automatically downloads at least one Web page of a Web site associated with each point matching a predetermined condition to a page cache memory and displays site icons at respective points corresponding to the downloaded Web sites on a map image. In addition, the precache control unit displays the predetermined type of extracted information by analyzing the description of the Web page of each Web site in an information window that pops up from the corresponding site icon. In a liquid crystal display, complementary signal lines for data lines are provided, corresponding to columns of pixels arranged in a display pixel matrix. In a refresh mode, data of these pixels are read out on the complementary signal lines, and differentially amplified by a sense amplifier. The data differentially amplified is written in the original pixel. A refresh operation is carried out internally and there is no need for externally providing a refresh memory for storing data used in refreshing the pixel data. Thus, it is possible to reduce the current consumption for holding data of pixels.

The first and second molded bodies (931, 932) are placed on a lower holding tool (11a) and are pressurized with lower and upper molds (21a, 22a) having a heater to heat the first and second molded bodies (931, 932) while pressurize them to cover the periphery of the predetermined part of the electric wires (91) with the first and second molded bodies (931, 932). Contact surfaces of the first and second molded bodies (931, 932) are welded. Thereafter, the predetermined part of the electric wires (91) covered with the first and second molded bodies (931, 932) in the state where it is placed on the upper side of the first lower holding tool (11a), is removed from the upper and lower molds (22a, 21a).

The first material (801) and the second material (802) are molded to have a predetermined shape and size. The protective layer material (803) is joined to the surface of the first material and the second material (802) by melting at least a part of the surface layer of the first material (801) and the second material (802).
