摘要: An agent for treating heart failure, which improves left ventricular diastolic function itself without depending on the diuretic effect or vasodilation effect; controls the pathological condition of diastolic functional failure; and prevents the recurrence, and can prevent dyspnea and death from the pathological condition, is provided.By directly acting on a heart, 4-[(2-{(2R)-2-[(1E,3S)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-hydroxy-1-buten-1-yl]-5-oxo-1-pyrrolidinyl}ethyl)thio]butanoic acid improves left ventricular diastolic function, and can effectively treat diastolic functional failure among heart failure types. Accordingly, by present invention, a new agent for treating heart failure that can relieve diastolic functional failure, for which no effective therapeutic method has been established, can be provided.

The lifting-lowering motor is located at a downstream, in the conveying direction, of a first binding position where the first binding portion binds a sheet bundle.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet bundle conveying apparatus capable of discharging a sheet bundle from a processing tray where a binding process is performed toward the downstream side in right posture to a right position. The present invention comprises a sheet bundle conveying apparatus which conveys sheets stacked at a stack portion to a storing portion at the downstream side including a first conveying member which conveys sheets at the stack portion by a predetermined distance, a second conveying member which performs relay conveyance of the sheets conveyed by the first conveying member by the predetermined distance as being set to have a higher moving speed than that of the first conveying member, and a driving portion which drives the first conveying member and the second conveying member.

摘要: A cross-flow fan includes a plurality of fan blades. The fan blade has an inner edge portion arranged on an inner circumferential side and an outer edge portion arranged on an outer circumferential side. In the fan blade, a blade surface extending between the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion and constituted of a positive pressure surface and a negative pressure surface is formed. The fan blade has such a blade cross-sectional shape that a large-thickness portion at which a thickness between the positive pressure surface and the negative pressure surface is greatest is arranged closer to the inner edge portion. A recess recessed in the blade surface is formed at a position closer to the inner edge portion where the large-thickness portion is arranged, than to the outer edge portion.

摘要: An air conditioner includes: an air passage extending from a suction port to a blowout port, a heat exchanger at the upstream side of the air passage, a cross flow fan in the air passage on the downstream side of the heat exchanger, and an air passage wall provided in a downstream area of the cross flow fan to reach the blowout port. A restricting section that restricts an air passage sectional area is provided at a corner section of the side wall of the air passage wall. The restricting section has a shape by which the air passage sectional area has a rectangular cross section expanding from the upstream side to the downstream side and is restricted to reduce an enlargement ratio of the air passage sectional area. Further, the restricting section has a smooth restricting surface crossing the corner section of the cross section of the air passage.
