    摘要: To provide a rotary actuator vibration control mechanism that both reduces vibration during operation and contributes to simplifying the overall structure. In this rotary actuator vibration control mechanism, a continuous shock absorbing member that is integrally formed together with a stopper and an engagement means is laid out in a rotary actuator comprising the following: a case; a rotor that is disposed inside said case and swings back and forth; an output shaft that supports said rotor and outputs the force of the swinging thereof to the outside; the aforementioned stopper, which prescribes the movement path of the rotor inside the case; and the aforementioned engagement means, which engages with an externally attached device disposed outside the case. The shock absorbing member is designed such that the stopper is formed by the molded body that forms the shock absorbing member, and is also designed so as to cover the entire engagement means. The shock absorbing member may be designed such that an integral molded body covers contact parts of both the stopper and the engagement means in a continuous manner, or may be changed to a design in which both are integrally formed by the shock absorbing member.

    摘要: To provide a structure for coupling a rotary actuator to a driven body whereby vibration and noise are reduced and assembly, disassembly, and maintenance after attachment to another device are made easy. This structure comprises the following: support parts laid out opposite a frame; a driven body positioned between said support parts; a shaft that holds said driven body and acts as a rotary shaft; and a rotary actuator coupled to said shaft. One end of the shaft is rotatably supported by one of the support parts, and the other end of the shaft is supported by being coupled to the rotary actuator through the opposing frame by being fitted into a tubular recess formed in the output shaft of the rotary actuator. A protrusion that is formed on the rotary actuator and cushioned in the direction of rotation is fitted into an engagement hole in the frame so as to affix the rotary actuator to the frame.

    摘要: In a building in which electromagnetic shielding members are used in a body of the building and at openings such as windows, entrances and exits to provide the overall building with electromagnetic shielding, a window glass and a window frame are each provided with an electromagnetic shielding body formed so as to be electrically integrated with a grounded connection of a building structure. This enables the window openings to be provided with an electromagnetic shielding effect through simple construction work irrespective of the structure, shape and material of the window opening. Further, an earth bond is obtained between a sash frame and iron rods for reinforcing the concrete of the building body. This makes it possible to ground the sash frame in a simple manner without exposing it, and to obtain an electromagnetic shielding effect, merely by providing the earth bond between the reinforcing rods and sash frame before the concrete is poured.

    摘要: Disclosed is a radio wave leakage diagnosing system for use in an intelligent building which is constructed using an electromagnetic shielding material for the skeleton and openings such as windows and doorways so that the whole of the building is formed into an electromagnetic shielding structure. The system has a radio wave detector disposed outside the building for detecting a predetermined radio wave transmitted from each floor of the building, so that a floor, togethere with a specific position, where there is a leakage of radio wave is detected on the basis of the intensity of the detected radio wave. With this arrangement, a predetermined radio wave is transmitted from each floor of the building and the transmitted radio wave is detected by the radio wave detector. Accordingly, the degree at which the radio wave leaks from each floor can be checked on the basis of the intensity of the received radio wave, and when the electromagnetic shielding is broken, the floor and specific position where the shielding abnormality occurs can be found on the basis of the intensity of the received radio wave. When the electromagnetic shielding performance has deteriorated, it is possible to know the degree of deterioration by making a comparison with the diagnostic results obtained in the past.

    摘要: A bi-directional rotary actuator causing the output shaft thereof to output two or more kinds of bi-directional and rotational driving forces. A bi-directional rotary actuator includes a rotary solenoid (101) serving as a driving source, a link body (104) engaged with a shaft (132) such that a rotational force can be transmitted to the shaft, an output element (105) connected to the link body, and switching operation means (106) for selecting connection between the link body and the output element. Transmission of a rotational force between the link body and the output element can be appropriately switched to either gear drive performed by meshing of gears or link drive based on a link ratio, and this allows the actuator to output bi-directional rotary driving forces having two or three rotational angles. The switching described above is performed by movement, in the direction of the axis of the shaft, of the link body by utilizing the repulsive or attractive action of an electromagnetic force. The movement of the link body is performed by direct application of the electromagnetic force, or alternatively, by utilizing the principle of leverage through an arm.

A logical comparison circuit (212) detects “mismatch” between input and output by performing logical comparison between a control input signal (Sin) and the feedback signal (Sf). When a state of “mismatch” between input and output occurs, a first pulse generating circuit (202) or a second pulse generating circuit (204) outputs a first correction signal (Sa1) or a second correction signal (Sa2) corresponding to a potential (high level or low level) of the control input signal (Sin), and corrects the control output signal (Sout) to the same potential (high level or low level) as the control input signal (Sin). With such configuration, the mismatch between input and output can be automatically corrected.
