摘要： A fuel cell (10) includes a lamination (11) of a plurality of unit cells (30), current collector plates (12, 12) arranged at both ends of the lamination (11), end plates 16, 16 respectively provided outside the current collector plates (12, 12) with 5 insulating plates (14, 14) interposed therebetween, and fastening members (18) for fastening the end plates (16, 16) in the laminating direction to apply desired pressing force to the lamination (11). A barcode (41) corresponding to particular information relating to a unit cell (30) is provided on the exposed side surface of a separator (38) of the unit cell (30). According to this fuel cell (10), the barcode 41 can be easily read requiring no disassembly of the fuel cell (10). Moreover, as the information relating to the fuel cell can be obtained from the barcode (41), the information that cannot be determined from outer appearance can be obtained, resulting in improved service operations.

摘要： A fatty acid such as an acetic acid or a butyric acid is added to a fuel gas for a fuel cell as an odorant. This makes it possible to add an odor to the fuel gas without poisoning an electrode catalyst and an electrolyte, and to prevent the odor from remaining in an exhaust gas emitted from the fuel cell.

摘要： A fuel cell case (10) has a fuel cell installation structure (30) to be fixed to a fuel cell (20) and also has a case body (32) to which the fuel cell installation structure (30) is mounted and which receives the fuel cell (20). The fuel cell installation structure (30) includes a seat base (34) fixed to end plates (24, 26) of the fuel cell (20) by a first bolt (82), a seat plate fixed to the case body (32), and an insulation base body (38) for integrating the seat base (34) and the seat plate (36) together in an insulated manner. The insulation base body (38) has a bolt hole (42) into which the first bolt (82) is inserted and also has a neck portion (44) protruding to the outside of the case body (32). The case body (32) has an opening (60) for preventing interference between the case body (32) and the neck portion (44) of the fuel cell installation structure (30) and also has a cover (90) for covering the neck portion (44). Seal members (46, 47, 48) are arranged between the case body (32) and the insulation base body (38).

摘要： The number of assembling steps of a fuel cell module is reduced. Moreover, permeating of moisture from the outside is suppressed. To realize this, a fuel cell module of the present invention includes a fuel cell having a structure in which both ends of a cell laminate in a laminating direction of cells are held by end plates, a fuel cell case in which the fuel cell is received, and a plurality of holding portions which hold the fuel cell via the end plates. Each holding portion includes a first fastening member having a part thereof bonded to the end plate, a mount member interposed between the first fastening member and the fuel cell case, and a second fastening member which fastens the mount member and the fuel cell case, and the fuel cell case is provided with a protrusion part having such a shape as to cover the part of the first fastening member while avoiding interference with the part.
