    摘要: In a physical distribution model of the circulation type, synchronization is established between a reuse plan and a delivery/fabrication plan to thereby reasonably reduce the excess and deficiency of inventory articles at a confluence point of regenerated reusable articles and newly delivered component parts. With regard to newly delivered lower-level items, predict a variation or fluctuation of stock quantity based on at least a delivery schedule of them and a present stock amount along with usage plans in manufacturing processes. As for lower-level items of regenerated articles, predict a delivery due date and an expected number of such regenerated lower-level items based on at least a stock quantity of recovered items collected for reuse purposes and a lead time for taking regenerated lower-level items out of the collected items, thereby controlling, based on the both prediction results, the stock quantity of the lower-level items in manufacturing processes.

    摘要: The present invention gives techniques for using an information system, including a computer, to provide a user, such as a manufacturer, with reusable parts for use in the building of or maintaining a product. In one embodiment of the present invention, a method, using a computer, for buying a reusable part for use in manufacturing a product is provided. The method includes a user sending to a supplier requirements for the reusable part; Next the users receives information on a plurality of available reusable parts meeting or exceeding said requirements from the supplier (or broker). The information includes individual historical information for each available reusable part. The user then orders an available reusable part and uses the reusable part in manufacturing the product.

    摘要: The present invention calculates a predicted accumulative import amount for each chemical substance for each month by using information on a predicted monthly shipping amount and the amount of a chemical substance contained in the product and specifies the chemical substance whose predicted accumulative import amount exceeds a regulation threshold and the time when the import amount exceeds the regulation threshold. The present invention specifies the product containing the chemical substance, calculates the predicted shipping amount of the product from the threshold excess time of the chemical substance to the end of the year, and calculates the loss amount caused by the loss of sales opportunities from the profit per unit sales amount for each product when any regulation measures are not executed on the chemical substance. The present invention finally calculates the ratio of the expense necessary for the measures and the summed value, and displays the ratio.

A system is provided where, for managing the flow of collection and recycling of home products, required information is managed between a center which manages the whole, a collection applicant, a collection company, a disassembly company and a manufacturer, and required information is exchanged between the parties concerned. The collection applicant transmits information such as information about home products which it is desired to have collected and information about the location from which they are to be collected, the management center requests the collection company to collect the products, the collection company performs the collection and recovers a fee, the collection items are delivered to a disassembly company, and the disassembly company performs appropriate re-use and recycling, while analyzing the recycle rate and lowering costs. The location of collection items can be verified by transmitting information to the management center at each stage.
