摘要: A defect detecting device includes a detection unit and a movement mechanism. The detection unit includes a support, an arm supported by the support swingably around a swing shaft, and a sensor for detecting a displacement of the arm relative to the support. The arm includes contactors. The movement mechanism keeps the contactors away from a feed plane during a feed phase of a sheet panel, and moves the contactors to the feed plane and then moves the contactors from the feed plane during a pause phase of the sheet panel. The defect detecting device further includes a determination part configured to determine whether a defect in bag making is present based on data from the sensor.

The first and second bodies of fastener material 4 and 5 are then inserted between and turned over by the turn over bars 12 and 13 with the advancing direction being changed into the second direction.

摘要: The product efficiency of bags each with an end face part is increased. A panel webs is guided to be divided along a line of weakness of the panel web and to be folded along division edges of the panel web. This guiding of the first panel and temporary sealed sections cause a side gusset to be cut open along a line of weakness of the side gusset such that open surfaces are formed. After the forming of the open surfaces, an end face web is supplied to be superposed on folded parts of the panel web and the open surfaces of the side gusset.

摘要: A plastic film punching apparatus is improved to prevent a waste 15 from being caught in a cylindrical punch blade 2. The apparatus includes a punch blade 2 comprising a saw-toothed edge which includes mountain portions and valley portions formed alternately with each other. A protrusion 5 is disposed internally of the punch blade 2 to protrude beyond the position of height H1 of the bottoms 7 of valley portions and toward the position of height H2 of the tops 6 of mountain portions. An annular clearance 8 is formed between the punch blade 2 and the protrusion 5.

摘要: In an apparatus for successively making plastic bags, a receiver plate 5 is fixed to a support plate 7. The support plate 7 extends widthwise of the webs of film material 2H and 2L to protrude on one of opposite sides of the webs of film material 2H and 2L. An elastic support device is disposed on the one side of the webs of film material 2H and 2L to elastically support the receiver plate 5 and the support plate 7. An attitude hold device is disposed on the one side of the webs of film material 2H and 2L to act on the support plate 7 so that the receiver plate 5 and the support plate 7 are held in attitude not to be inclined when being lowered and raised.
