Abstract:
The present invention relates to AG-AND-type flash memory which reads management information about a plurality of clusters in a short time, wherein a plurality of clusters are arranged as rows of a matrix, and a plurality of banks are arranged as columns. Single management information is stored in specific pages of all blocks belonging to a certain cluster. For instance, management information (having contents C0) about cluster is stored in specific pages of all blocks. Simultaneous access can be made to a plurality of the banks. Upon system startup, the management information is read obliquely such that the management information about cluster is read from bank 0; . . . , and such that the management information about cluster 3 is read from bank 3. Accordingly, the management information about a plurality of the clusters can be read in a single access operation.

Abstract:
To provide an accessing device which allows reliable protection of important data. A memory accessing device has a file system device which manages a logical memory space and a driver device which maintains a correlation information between the logical memory space and a physical memory space and which physically accesses a flash memory based on the correlation information. The flash memory is physically divided into a plurality of strings. The file system device manages the memory space by dividing the memory space into a plurality of partitions each of which is set to one of RO and RW. The driver device specifies a permission type to write the data in a string by correlating each string to a single logical partition.

Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a rare earth metal-based permanent magnet with improved adhesion properties. A rare earth metal-based permanent magnet of the present invention as a means for achieving the objective has a laminated plating film, and is characterized in that the plating film comprises as an outermost surface layer a SnCu alloy plating film having a film thickness in a range from 0.1 μm to 2 μm, the composition of the SnCu alloy plating film is 35 mass % or more but less than 55 mass % of Sn and the rest being Cu, and a base plating film having two or more layers including at least a Ni plating film and a Cu plating film which are formed as the lower layer under the SnCu alloy plating film, and among the base plating film, the Ni plating film is located just below the SnCu alloy plating film. A joined structure fabricated using the rare earth metal-based permanent magnet of the present invention exhibits favorable initial adhesion strength when combined with a silicone-based adhesive, and is less deteriorated in adhesion strength even after a moisture resistance test.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of a precipitated silica, pretreated by at least one organosilane hydrophobic compound or one hydrophobic silicone oil, as a reinforcing filler for silicone elastomer, the pretreated silica being incorporated in the silicone elastomer by cold mixing and having the following features: —a BET specific surface ranging from 50 to 450 m2/g, —a water wettability lower than 80, —a sulfur content lower than 0.1% by weight. The invention is directed to the curable silicone elastomer composition thus obtained.
Abstract:
A dry test strip for measuring calcium is comprising a support, a reagent layer provided on the support, and a reagent holding layer provided on the reagent layer, and containing, as reagents, o-cresolphthalene complexone, a magnesium selective masking agent, and a pH buffer for adjusting the pH of the environment for reaction of the o-cresolphthalene complexone with calcium to 10.0-11.0, wherein such reagents are present in either the reagent layer or the reagent holding layer or the both layers.
Abstract:
A light emitter emits light with a plurality of wavelengths towards a test object held in a spectrophotometer tool. A light receiver receives the light passing through the test object. A detector detects absorbances of wavelength components from the light received by the receiver. An optical path length calculator compares, in the absorbances of the wavelength components detected, a wavelength component absorbance of light absorbed by a pigment that absorbs light with a wavelength other than a wavelength of light absorbed by an analyte in the test object and a predetermined value of the wavelength component absorbance to calculate an optical path length passing through the test object. A corrector corrects the wavelength component absorbance detected excluding the wavelength of the light absorbed by the pigment using the optical path length calculated by the optical path length calculator to calculate a corrected wavelength component absorbance in a reference optical length.
Abstract:
A dry test strip for measuring creatinine comprises: a support; a reagent layer that is disposed on the support; a reagent holding layer that is disposed on the reagent layer; and a connection layer that is composed of an adhesive which adhesively bonds the reagent layer to the reagent holding layer and is formed in spot form, wherein the reagent layer contains creatininase and 4-aminoantipyrine; the reagent holding layer contains creatinase, sarcosine oxidase, peroxidase, and N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxyaniline; and the connection layer delays arrival of a liquid sample spot-deposited on the reagent holding layer at the reagent layer.
Abstract:
A turbine wheel of a turbocharger has a turbine blade. The turbine blade has a fin shape of which width in the rotation direction of the turbocharger is narrow, and is projected from the base portion of the turbine wheel. An inclined part of the turbine blade is inclined with respect to the rotation direction of the turbocharger. A coil is disposed so that the inclined part passes nearby as the turbine wheel rotates in a posture that an end in the center axis direction is directed toward the turbocharger. A detector detects a change in inductance, which occurs when the inclined part of the coil passes nearby.
