    摘要: A rectifier circuit matched for power factor correction. A first diode (D1), a second diode (D2), a third diode (D3) and a fourth diode (D4) are in a bridge arrangement. A first pole (10) and a second pole (12) of the bridge arrangement are connected to a source (U) which has at least one AC voltage component. An inductance (L1) is arranged in series with the third pole (14) or the fourth pole (16) of the bridge arrangement. A capacitance (C1) is connected between the first pole (10) and the second pole (12), and two of the four diodes (D1, D2, D3, D4) are in the form of fast diodes.

    摘要: The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for operating electrical lamps which encompasses an invertor (WR) with oscillation build-up circuit (trigger generator), comprising diac (DC1) and drive circuit. The drive circuit comprises a high-pass filter, in particular an RC high-pass filter (R1, C1). As a result, the trigger initiation is shifted closer to the zero crossing of the supply voltage. This means, in turn, that a more sinusoidal power supply current consumption with a smaller proportion of harmonics is obtained. In addition, more stable lamp operation is achieved in combination with power supply segment control dimmers.

    摘要: A radio frequency (RF) power supply for an electrodeless lamp includes a pair of DC rails, an RF inverter having power input terminals connected between the rails, a first inductor arranged to inductively couple with an electrodeless lamp, first and second resonance capacitors that each connects a respective one of two input terminals of the first inductor to a same first rail of the pair of DC rails, and a second (ballasting) inductor connecting an output of the RF inverter to one of the two input terminals of the first inductor. Thus, the first inductor is connected in a symmetrical π-filter and supplied by two equal but phase-opposite voltages whose sum is the lamp voltage. The inductance of the ballasting inductor is significantly reduced so that the RF efficiency of the power supply is 96%.
