摘要: Systems and methods described herein include receiving, from a first network function, a request to receive a notification when a second network function becomes available after a failure. A status update may be received from the second network function indicating that the second network function is available. It may be determined that the second network function is in a stable state. A notification may be sent, to the first network function, that the second network function is available along with an indication of a time period in which to switch from accessing a third network function to accessing the second network function.

摘要: A network device includes a network interface for establishing a communication session with another network device, a memory to store instructions, and a processor to execute the instructions. The processor may, for each time period during the communication session, adjust a size of a receive buffer of a socket. When the processor adjusts the size, the processor, if a utilization number of the receive buffer is greater than a high threshold: may determine a first new size for the receive buffer, and set a size of the receive buffer to the first new size. If the utilization number is less than a low threshold, the processor may determine a second new size for the receive buffer; and set the size of the receive buffer to the second new size.

摘要: An edge network gateway, located in an edge network and connected to a core network, receives packets for a local breakout (LBO) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session associated with a mobile subscriber. The edge network gateway sends, based on receipt of the packets for the LBO PDU session, a request for charging to a core network node, and forwards the packets for the LBO PDU session to a network or multi-access edge computing (MEC) data center connected to the edge network. The edge network gateway sends, via an online charging interface, charging data counts for the packets of the LBO PDU session to the core network node for reporting to an Online Charging System and charging to the mobile subscriber.

摘要: A device may include a processor configured to detect that an Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) tunnel from a user equipment (UE) device connected via a WiFi connection has become idle, based on the IPsec tunnel meeting an idleness criterion, and instruct the UE device to tear down the IPsec tunnel, in response to detecting that the IPsec tunnel from the UE device connected via the WiFi connection meets the idleness criterion. The device may be further configured to receive a mobile terminating call for the UE device; establish a new IPsec tunnel to the UE device via the WiFi connection, in response to receiving the mobile terminating call for the UE device; and forward the received mobile terminating call to the UE device via the established new IPsec tunnel.

摘要: Network devices may receive a Transport Control Protocol (TCP) segment from a user device. The TCP segment includes a TCP header and a payload, and the payload includes either a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) plaintext message or a Secure HTTP (HTTPS) encrypted message. The network devices may extract a TCP Synchronization (SYN) signature from the TCP header and determine whether the payload of the TCP segment includes a HTTP plaintext message or a HTTPS encrypted message. When the payload includes a HTTP plaintext message, the network devices may extract contents of a HTTP User-Agent field from the HTTP plaintext message, determine a device type identifier (ID) and a category ID based on the extracted contents, and update a plurality of device signatures based on the TCP signature, the device type ID, and the category ID.
