摘要： A solar panel cutting unit includes a frame, a panel transporting mechanism at the frame to lower the solar panel in a vertical direction, first guide roller units below the panel transporting mechanism to guide and lower the solar panel, a first wire cutting mechanism including first support rollers and a first cutting wire connecting the first support rollers to each other and extending in the same direction as the adhesion lines such that the first wire cutting mechanism separates one of the thin layers from the solar panel, and a second wire cutting mechanism below the first wire cutting mechanism and including second support rollers and a second cutting wire connecting the second support rollers to each other and moving in parallel to the first cutting wire such that the second wire cutting mechanism separates another of the thin layers from the solar panel.

摘要： A solar module exterior disassembling apparatus for disassembling an exterior of a solar module including a module body, a frame and a junction box attached to the module body includes a positioning plate supporting one surface of the module body from below the solar module and being able to move up and down, a top contact plate over the positioning plate and in contact with the other surface of the module body when the positioning plate is moved up, frame separation blades around the top contact plate and moving in parallel with a surface of the module body between a first position inside the frame and a second position outside the frame, and a pressing actuator including pressing cylinders and pressing outward from the module body and disassembling the module body by moving forward the frame separation blades from the first position to the second position with the pressing cylinders.

摘要： A solar panel disassembling apparatus for disassembling a solar panel including a glass plate and a stacked film, includes a supporting plate of which is in contact with the glass plate, a moving scraper module including a first body moving in parallel with the supporting plate, a first elevator moving vertically, and a blade connected to the first elevator and changing in height and scraping the stacked film using the blade, and a moving pressing module including a second body moving in parallel with the supporting plate, a second elevator vertically, and a pressing unit connected to the second elevator and changing in height. The moving pressing module is disposed forward in the forward movement direction of the moving scraper module and presses and aligns the stacked film using the pressing unit ahead of the moving scraper module.

摘要： A movable solar module disassembling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a movable container unit that is hollow, can be moved by itself or by external power, and has at least one door being able to expose the inside by opening and closing, a frame separation unit that is disposed in the movable container unit, includes a frame separation blade pressing and separating the frame from the module body, is supplied with the solar module, and discharges the module body after separating the frame, and a disassembling unit that is disposed continuously with the frame separation unit in the movable container unit, includes a scrapper scraping and separating the stacked film from the glass plate, is supplied with the module body, and disassembles and discharges the module body into the stacked film and the glass plate.
