摘要: The present disclosure relates to a display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, a masking layer on the first substrate, a buffering layer arranged on the masking layer and the first substrate, a first semiconductor layer on the buffering layer, and an active layer on the first semiconductor layer and the buffering layer. The present disclosure also relates to a display device. With such configuration, the leakage current of the TFTs may be reduced, which also reduces the cross-talk and the flicker of the liquid crystal panel.

摘要: The invention provides a scan driving circuit and a liquid crystal display device. The scan driving circuit includes: an input module for calculating a preceding-stage control signal, first and second clock signals to obtain a first control signal; a resetting module for resetting a control signal node according to a reset signal; a latching module for calculating the first control signal, the first and second clock signals to obtain a second control signal; a logic processing module for performing a logic calculation on the second control signal and a third clock signal to obtain a logic control signal; an output module for calculating the logic control signal to obtain a scan driving signal; and a scan line for receiving and transmitting the scan driving signal to a pixel unit, to reset the control signal node and the scan driving signal and thereby avoid the failure of scan driving circuit.

摘要: A scan driving circuit is provided. The scan driving circuit for driving cascaded scan lines includes a scan driving circuit, a latch module, a driving-signal generation module, an output control module, a high gate voltage source, and a low level gate voltage. The scan driving circuit of the present invention conducts a driving operation for the latch module by a first cascade signal and a second cascade signal, so that a clock signal is not required to be processed with a phase inversion, and thereby the scan driving circuit has less overall power consumption.

摘要: A GOA circuit and a liquid crystal device (LCD) are disclosed. The GOA circuit includes a plurality of GOA units and a control module. Each of the cascaded GOA units is configured for charging corresponding horizontal scanning lines within a display area when being driven by a first level clock, a second level clock, a first control clock, and a second control clock. After the horizontal scanning lines are fully charged by the GOA circuit, the control module is configured for resetting the gate driving signals to be at the first level, i.e., the invalid level, via the turn-on pulse signals and the negative-voltage constant-voltage source.
