摘要： A data integrity module and method for evaluating data in a process information database. A neural network generates statistical patterns for specifying patterns for the data being evaluated. A fuzzy expert rules base specifies rules for evaluating the data. A processor, responsive to the rules base and the statistical patterns, identifies suspect data in the process information database by evaluating the data according to the rules base and the statistical patterns. A modification system modifies the suspect data in the process information database.

摘要： Providing communication between machines and feed-forward control in event-based product manufacturing. Some of the disclosed embodiments include a system, method, and computer-readable media for communicating data relating to a material between machines during a process for feed-forward control. Also disclosed are an intelligent event-based manufacturing system including a process for converting a raw material to a product and a method of reducing the probability of waste, delay, or a quality defect in a process having process conditions for the manufacture of a product from a sequentially trackable raw material. The embodiments are operable in an intelligent manufacturing system including a process for converting raw materials to a product, a process control system including one or more sensors capable of generating an alarm in response to an event that results in one of waste, machine delay, or decrease product quality, a data logger associated with the process control system for obtaining event parameters associated with the event, a database on a server for recording event parameters obtained by the data logger, and a reporting system cooperatively associated with the database for reporting productivity parameters regarding the process derived at least in part from the event parameters.

摘要： An electronic engine speed control system is used on a work machine utilizing an engine with a governor control movable between a plurality of positions. The governor control is operated by an operator so that a desired engine speed may be selected for driving a plurality of wheels through a transmission. The transmission is specifically controlled to obtain a desired ground speed independent of the selected engine speed. The engine speed control system includes an electronic control module. An operator switch is connected to the control module and is movable to a set position which sends an input signal with a desired engine speed value corresponding to a selected engine speed to the control module. An engine sensor is connectable between the engine and the control module for sensing the speed of the engine and sending an input signal with an actual engine speed value to the control module. An actuator is connected between the control module and the governor control and responsive to a control signal from the control module for moving the governor control to any one of the plurality of positions. The control signal is delivered to the actuator as a function of the desired and actual values so that the engine speed is electronically set and maintained at the selected engine speed independent from the ground speed of the work machine.

摘要： An electronic engine speed control system is used on a work machine utilizing an engine with a governor control movable between a plurality of positions.
