Abstract:
The device for counting the strokes of a piston sliding within a cylinder comprises a support housing a magnet which generates a magnetic field. The support also houses a sensor arranged to sense the magnetic field, such that the passage of the piston into a position corresponding with the magnet causes a disturbance in the magnetic field, which is sensed by the sensor, to indicate a stroke of the piston.
Abstract:
A lift and tilt adjustment device for an outboard motor includes a lifting member (6) and at least one tilt member (7) for the motor (1). The members are fed with pressurized fluid via a feeder (8) where the members (6, 7) and the feeder are associated with a single support element (5) rotatably connected to a bracket (3) fixed to the boat. The element (5) includes seats (9, 11) for the members (6, 7) and a device (17) for rotatably connecting either the lifting member (6) or the tilt member (7) selectively to the element (5). The rotational movement of the member (6, 7) within its seat (9, 11) occurs without interference with the element (5) to prevent it being dragged into rotation, at least through a portion of a revolution.
Abstract:
A device for oil or fluid grease lubrication, including a reservoir able to house a determined quantity of lubricant, a pump arranged to draw the lubricant from the reservoir and to feed it under pressure to a delivery port to which a lubricant distribution pipe can be connected, a control unit arranged to regulate the pump operation, and a sensor for sensing the lubricant level within the reservoir. The level sensor is an infrared sensor.
Abstract:
The conveyor for bottles or containers in general comprises a conveyor belt for supporting the bottles, and a lubricant dispensing unit associated with the conveyor belt. The lubricant dispensing unit comprises a cylindrical element rotatably connected to the conveyor belt and associated with a lubricant feed member, such that the feed member transfers lubricant to the cylindrical element and this, by rotating in contact with the conveyor belt, releases the lubricant onto the conveyor belt. The lubrication process for a conveyor belt of a conveyor for bottles or containers in general consists of feeding lubricant onto a cylindrical element and rotating the cylindrical element in contact with the conveyor belt, such that the lubricant passes onto the conveyor belt.
Abstract:
A minimal lubrication device including a storage reservoir for a lubricant fluid and a pump for the lubricant, the pump being of high pressure type with its delivery port connected to at least one modular element adapted to mix a compressed air flow with the lubricant. The modular element presenting a mixer element fed with a compressed air flow into which an outlet of a flow regulator fed by the lubricant originating from the pump opens.
Abstract:
A minimal lubrication device including a lubricant fluid storage reservoir, unit for raising the pressure of the lubricant fluid fed to at least one modular element, the modular element includes a lubricant fluid conduit intercepted by a flow regulator, and a compressed air conduit. The lubricant conduit and the compressed air conduit are associated with an air/lubricant mixer element. The flow regulator includes a valving element at least partly housed within a sized hole and movable therein via a control stem. The stem has at least one portion of conical profile having a length equal to at least 3 times the diameter of the sized hole.
Abstract:
The machine tool lubrication device comprises connection means grippable automatically by a manipulator of the machine tool, lubricant dispensing means, and dispensing control means operable by the machine tool.
Abstract:
The support device for a snowplough blade comprises a body produced in one piece and defining: a reservoir, pumping means and support means for the blade, the pumping means being fed by the reservoir and operating the support means for the blade.
Abstract:
The fluid measurement/division device comprises a plurality of cylinders in which a first and a second piston are slidably inserted to operate alternately as a dosing piston or as a piloting piston for the dosing piston. The first and said second piston present reduced diameter regions which, together with the surface of the cylinders, define at least three constant volume distribution chambers and two variable volume pumping chambers. The device comprises a plurality of conduits connecting said cylinders together and to the outside, to allow or prohibit hydraulic connection in relation to the position assumed by the first and by the second piston, such that when the first piston is in the dosing stage and, by translating, it dispenses fluid and passes to the piloting stage, the second piston passes from the piloting stage to the dosing stage via a neutral stage.
Abstract:
A minimal lubrication device including a lubricant fluid storage reservoir and a pump for the lubricant, the pump being a high pressure pump with a delivery side connected to at least one modular element arranged to mix a compressed air flow with the lubricant, the modular element presenting a mixer element fed with a compressed air flow into which an outlet opens of a needle flow regulator fed by the lubricant originating from the pump. The module includes a compensator device which maintains the oil quantity dispensed by the flow regulator constant even if the pressure on the user side changes.
