    摘要： A syringe for dispensing liquid materials to a substrate. In one embodiment, the syringe includes a barrel having a first end, a second end, and an interior reservoir. A piston is slidably disposed within the reservoir and is movable to increase or decrease a volume of the interior reservoir near the first end of the barrel. A first end of the piston has a hemispherically-shaped surface profile, with an elongated apex extending therefrom, to dispense liquid from the first end of the barrel when the piston is moved in a direction toward the first end.

The dispensing end includes a connector portion for receiving an end fitting with a rotational connection. The retainer includes a first open end and receives the cartridge such that the connector portion communicates with the first open end in a manner allowing connection of the end fitting. The retainer couples with the cartridge in a manner preventing relative rotation between the cartridge and the retainer.

    摘要： A liquid dispensing valve includes a valve body, a valve seat, and a reciprocating valve member engageable with the valve seat for controlling flow through a liquid outlet. A calibration device includes a rotatable stroke control stop member and a rotatable reference ring. The reference ring and stop member may be initially rotated to a zero position and, subsequently, the stop member may be rotated to set the desired stroke length. One or more fluid fittings are provided and sealed against the valve body using a clamp plate.

    摘要： A curable liquid dispensing pen has a pen body to which a curable liquid dispensing reservoir may be removably attached. The pen body further has a coupling which may be coupled to a source of pressurized air. The air is directed through a passage in the pen body to the reservoir. The pressurized air moves a piston in the reservoir to cause curable liquid to be dispensed from the reservoir. A controller provides a timed pulse of pressurized air to the curable liquid dispensing pen and this controls the volume of curable liquid dispensed from the reservoir.
